CH集团COO公司LTPS战略研究

【摘要】:CH集团是一家集智能电视,冰箱、IT、空调,冰箱,数字通讯,网络服务,一、二次电源、小家电、商用电子系统等产业为一体的多元化跨国公司。公司以3C融合的经营理念,整合全球信息技术资源,建立了国家级长虹技术中心。目前公司已经依据“信心、韧性、开放”的技术方针,创立了一个开放式的研发创新体系。为全面拥抱互连网时代从08年开始从传统家电业向3C转型,并根据三坐标方针加大向上游关键元器件产业进行垂直整合,目前已经形成较为完美的信息产业体系。根据2005年公司确立的“三坐标”的发展战略,在产业价值链方向,延伸至核心技术和关键部品战略,专注于集成电路设计,嵌入式软件设计,显示器件三大核心技术能力。沿着产业形态方向,朝3C融合发展,已经进入IT领域,通信,信息家电,如互联网,同时进入冰箱领域,完善白电产业链;沿的商业模式,打破了产品,内容,服务的界限并同微软,AMD,中国电信,华为,盛大,中兴,阿尔卡特等知名企业形成了战略合作伙伴关系。整合内容和服务,从传统离散的交易模式连续交易模式转变。[1]为使公司从传统制造向高端制造转移,公司07年投资60多亿收购韩国ORION公司并进入PDP制造领域。随着近年来LTPS(低温液晶硅)产业飞速发展,以LTPS-LCD和AMOLED新型显示器件高速发展,成为新一代的显示器件。本文目的是帮助CH集团公子公司COO公司根据内外环境和自己的优势、劣势制订出适合自己的LISP产业发展之路。本文应用PEST、SWOT的战略分析方法,第一步从外部环境着手,分析COO公司目前所处行业的外部环境随着显示器件产业的发展,以LTPS为基础的LTPS-TFT和AMOLED在未来到十五年内以取代现有的的非晶硅LCD和PDP产品,并且随着消费者的需求不断增大。第二步从内部环境来着手,从资源分析入手,分析COO公司的财务资源、技术资源和营销渠道资源,COO公司与国内同行相比找出公司的优势、劣势和机会。最后通过内部和外部环境的分析,立足目前激烈的市场竞争,结合COO公司的实际情况,提出COO公司发展的方案,提出公司在LTPS产业发展的近期战略和远期目标战略。以制订发展COO公司在发展LTPS产业的最优发展战略。
[Abstract]:Ch Group is a diversified multinational company which integrates intelligent TV, refrigerator ITS, air conditioning, refrigerator, digital communication, network service, primary, secondary power supply, small household appliances, commercial electronic system and so on. Integrating global information technology resources and establishing a national Changhong Technology Center. At present, the company has adopted the technical policy of "confidence, resilience and openness". Created an open research and development innovation system. In order to fully embrace the Internet era from the traditional home appliances industry to 3C transformation from 2008, and according to the three-dimensional guidelines to increase the vertical integration of upstream key components industry, At present, a relatively perfect information industry system has been formed. According to the "three coordinate" development strategy established by the company in 2005, in the direction of industrial value chain, it extends to core technology and key components strategy, focusing on integrated circuit design. Embedded software design, display devices three core technical capabilities. Along the direction of industrial form, the direction of 3C integration development, has entered the IT field, communications, information appliances, such as the Internet, at the same time into the refrigerator field, improve the white electricity industry chain; Along the business model, it has broken the boundaries of products, content, services and formed a strategic partnership with Microsoft Inc., China Telecom, Huawei, Shanda, ZTE, Alcatel and other well-known enterprises. A shift from a traditional discrete trading model to a continuous trading model. [1] to shift companies from traditional manufacturing to high-end manufacturing, In 2007, the company invested more than 6 billion to purchase Korea ORION Company and entered the field of PDP manufacturing. With the rapid development of LTPS (cryogenic liquid crystal silicon) industry in recent years, the new display devices of LTPS-LCD and AMOLED have developed rapidly. The purpose of this paper is to help COO Company of Ch Group to work out a suitable way for the development of LISP industry according to the internal and external environment and its own advantages and disadvantages. The first step is to analyze the external environment of COO's current industry. With the development of the display device industry, LTPS-TFT and AMOLED based on LTPS will replace the existing amorphous silicon LCD and PDP products within 15 years. And with the increasing demand of consumers, the second step starts from the internal environment, starting with the analysis of resources, analyzes the financial resources, technical resources and marketing channel resources of COO Company to find out the advantages of the company compared with its domestic counterparts. Finally, through the analysis of internal and external environment, based on the current fierce market competition, combined with the actual situation of COO Company, the paper puts forward the development plan of COO Company. This paper puts forward the short-term strategy and long-term target strategy for the development of LTPS industry in order to formulate the optimal development strategy for developing LTPS industry of COO Company.
