造纸行业逆向物流发展现状与问题研究

【摘要】:造纸术的出现为人类社会提供了极大的便利条件,同时极大地促进了人类文明的传播与交流。近年来,我国造纸行业随着国民经济迅速发展,然而在发展过程中也遇到了很多问题,如造纸原料的短缺。另外,造纸行业高耗低效的技术水平和环保等问题也一直影响着该行业的进一步成长。因而环保和资源利用率问题是造纸行业面临的首要难题,有待我们进一步研究解决。在上述背景下,本文结合逆向物流管理理念和特点,对造纸行业逆向物流实际现状进行了深入分析并对造纸行业逆向物流存在的问题进行了总结,最后在此基础上,将逆向物流管理相关的最新研究成果引入到造纸行业,系统构建了解决造纸业迅速发展过程中出现的问题的参考和理论依据,在解决造纸行业逆向物流难题时,本文重点研究了具有造纸行业逆向物流管理特色的运营模式,即基于常规燃烧法的碱回收逆向物流运营模式。并通过对碱回收逆向物流运营模式的效益分析,得出了碱回收对治理蒸煮黑液污染具有经济性和有效性的结论。
[Abstract]:The emergence of papermaking has provided great convenience for human society, at the same time greatly promoted the spread and exchange of human civilization. In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, China's paper industry, However, in the process of development, there are also many problems, such as the shortage of paper raw materials. The problems of high consumption and low efficiency of technology and environmental protection in papermaking industry have also affected the further growth of the industry. Therefore, the problems of environmental protection and resource utilization are the most important problems facing the paper industry. Under the above background, combined with the management concept and characteristics of reverse logistics, this paper makes a deep analysis of the actual situation of reverse logistics in paper industry and summarizes the existing problems of reverse logistics in paper industry. Finally, the paper introduces the latest research results related to reverse logistics management into the paper industry, and systematically constructs the reference and theoretical basis to solve the problems in the rapid development of paper industry. In order to solve the problem of reverse logistics in papermaking industry, this paper focuses on the operation mode with the characteristics of reverse logistics management in papermaking industry. That is, the operation mode of alkali recovery reverse logistics based on conventional combustion method, and through the benefit analysis of the operation mode of alkali recovery reverse logistics, the conclusion that alkali recovery is economical and effective to control the pollution of cooking black liquor is obtained.
