我国煤电技术国际竞争优势分析

【摘要】:针对我国富煤、贫油、少气的能源结构特点,从国内外电力发展现状、煤电能效指标、污染物排放指标、技术装备水平和环保标准等方面,对中国、美国、德国、日本和澳大利亚等主要燃煤发电国家煤电技术进行对标分析研究。结果表明:中国300MW及以上容量燃煤机组能耗指标包括设计、制造、施工与运行等在内的煤电超超临界机组整体技术装备水平均居于世界领先水平;单位发电量的SO2排放量、火电厂除尘设施建设和粉尘控制技术水平等均居于世界先进水平,但单位发电量的NOx排放量较高,燃煤电厂NOx减排是目前治理的重点;中国对燃煤电厂NOx,SO2和烟尘排放限值的要求,尤其是重点地区特别排放限值要求明显高于其他主要燃煤国家的现行标准,是目前世界上最严格的环保标准。
[Abstract]:In view of the energy structure characteristics of rich coal, lean oil and less gas in China, from the current situation of electric power development at home and abroad, coal energy efficiency index, pollutant emission index, technical equipment level and environmental protection standard, etc., to China, the United States, Germany, etc. Major coal-fired power generation countries, such as Japan and Australia, have carried out standard analysis and research on coal power generation technology. The results show that the energy consumption indexes of 300 MW and above capacity coal-fired units in China include design, manufacture, The overall technical equipment level of coal and power ultra-supercritical units, including construction and operation, is in the leading position in the world, and the SO2 emissions per unit of electricity generation, the construction of dust removal facilities and dust control technology in thermal power plants are all at the advanced level in the world. However, the NOx emissions per unit of electricity generation are relatively high, and the emission reduction of NOx in coal-fired power plants is the focus of current management. China requires the emission limits of so _ 2 and soot from coal-fired power plants. In particular, the special emission limit requirements in key areas are obviously higher than the current standards of other major coal-burning countries, and are the most stringent environmental standards in the world at present.
