P公司液晶屏压接生产线建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:自上世纪90年代我国引入项目管理的理论知识以来,项目管理在国内生产项目建设中逐渐深入运用。成本、质量和时间成为项目管理建设是否成功的标志性指标。由于项目规模的日渐繁复,专业化的分工更加精细,占用的资金也逐渐增多。投资人方面对项目建设的工期及其投资效益的要求也在不断提高,项目的时间管理成为决定项目成败的关键因素。如何能够合理的组织安排项目建设,压缩项目建设周期,加快资金的周转率,使投资尽快的产生收益是目前项目管理重点研究的课题之一。本文以P公司液晶屏压接生产线建设项目为背景,重点对项目时间管理的方法在项目实际建设中的实际应用进行研究。借助WBS图、责任分配矩阵、CPM关键路径法、里程碑图等项目进度管理工具,解决P公司生产线建设项目实施过程中的进度管理问题,保证公司项目建设在要求的时间内完成,并对公司后续项目建设提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since -10s, when the theoretical knowledge of project management was introduced into our country, project management has been gradually used in the construction of domestic production projects. Quality and time are the hallmarks of the success of project management and construction. As the scale of the project becomes increasingly complicated, the specialized division of labor becomes more sophisticated. The demand of the investor for the construction period and the investment benefit of the project is also increasing, and the time management of the project becomes the key factor to decide the success or failure of the project. It is one of the key research topics of project management to compress the construction cycle of the project, accelerate the turnover rate of funds and make the investment produce income as soon as possible. The background of this paper is the construction project of liquid crystal screen pressing production line of P Company. This paper focuses on the practical application of the project time management method in the actual construction of the project. With the help of the WBS diagram, the responsibility allocation matrix, the key path method of CPM, the milestone diagram and other project schedule management tools, etc. To solve the problem of schedule management in the implementation of the production line construction project of P Company, to ensure the completion of the project construction within the required time, and to provide reference for the subsequent project construction of the company.
