海港发电厂仓储管理优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,企业间竞争愈加剧烈,仓储管理己成为企业提高竞争能力,实现可持续发展的战略问题,因此社会各界都很重视仓储管理方面的研究、实践。 大型火力发电厂对生产安全性、连续性要求很高,因此需要长期储备大量的物资备品备件,同时火力发电机组不断向600MW、1000MW级别发展,库存物资的存货成本不断增加,加重了企业的经营负担。此外,电厂生产的商品——电力具有不可存储的特殊性,生产和使用环节瞬间转换,发输供电的可靠性是关系经济发展、国民生计的重要政治问题。所以,仓储管理不仅是本企业内部的经营问题,同时也是整个社会安全用电和经济发展的综合问题。对新建大型火力发电厂而言,投产之后还贷任务艰巨、企业效益受制于电煤价格,使得企业盈利空间很小。正因如此,火力发电厂的仓储管理越来越受到重视,如何提高仓储管理效率、压缩仓储管理成本已成为各企业迫在眉睫的问题。 作者结合自身的工作经验,以海港发电厂的仓储管理为研究对象,探讨了本企业仓储管理的现状,从人员配置、基础设施、库存控制、仓储信息化管理、物资编码等五个方面逐一剖析了目前存在的问题,并针对这些问题开展了切合实际的需求分析。基于上述分析,在优化仓库布局、合理控制库存、制定奖惩管理机制、员工培训等方面,提出了符合目前人力和资金现状的仓储管理优化措施。论文最后评价了海港发电厂仓储管理优化方案实施效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Warehouse management has become a strategic problem for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and realize sustainable development. Therefore, all walks of life attach great importance to the research and practice of warehousing management. Large-scale thermal power plants require high production safety and continuity, so they need to reserve a large number of spare parts for a long time. Meanwhile, the thermal power generating units are continuously developing to 600MW to 1000MW grade, and the inventory cost of materials in stock is constantly increasing. In addition, the commodity produced by the power plant has the particularity of not being stored. The reliability of the production and use links is related to the economic development, and the reliability of the power supply is related to the development of economy. Therefore, warehousing management is not only a business problem within the enterprise, but also a comprehensive problem of social security, electricity and economic development. After putting into production, the task of repaying the loan is arduous, and the benefit of the enterprise is limited by the price of thermal coal, which makes the profit space of the enterprise very small. As a result, more and more attention is paid to the storage management of the thermal power plant. How to improve the efficiency of the storage management, Reducing the cost of warehouse management has become an urgent problem for enterprises. Combining with his own working experience and taking the storage management of the seaport power plant as the research object, the author discusses the present situation of the enterprise's warehousing management, including staffing, infrastructure, inventory control, warehousing information management, etc. This paper analyzes the existing problems one by one in five aspects, such as material coding, and carries out practical needs analysis in view of these problems. Based on the above analysis, it optimizes the layout of warehouse, reasonably controls inventory, and formulates the mechanism of reward and punishment management. In the aspects of employee training, this paper puts forward the optimization measures of warehouse management according to the present situation of manpower and capital. Finally, the paper evaluates the effect of the optimized plan of storage management in seaport power plant.
