某公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:入世十余年,我国逐渐融入到经济全球化中。在新的经济环境下,我国企业面临着新的竞争与挑战,即从早期产品质量的竞争,逐渐转移到人才的竞争、服务和营销理念的竞争、品牌的竞争。实际上,这种转变代表了竞争重点从“硬件”到“软件”的转变,而“软件”的背后往往承载的是企业的文化理念。所以,文化的竞争成为了现阶段企业之间竞争中极为重要的环节。 企业文化对于企业的发展有着至关重要的作用。针对某公司企业文化现状,本文构建了该公司的企业文化建设的PDCA循环模型,为其企业文化建设提供了一种合理可行的模式,并在该公司进行了应用,验证其可行性及有效性,本文主要研究内容如下: 首先,在总结国内外企业文化现状的基础上,明确本文的研究目的及意义,提出本文的研究内容及研究方法。 其次,针对某公司,阐述企业文化理论知识;对该公司进行现状分析,指出该公司在企业文化建设中存在的问题;结合企业文化建设的一般过程和特征,提出该公司的企业文化建设研究框架。 再次,立足公司现状,分析将PDCA理论用于企业文化建设的可行性,,提出将PDCA模型引入企业文化建设研究中,构建企业文化建设的PDCA循环模型。 最后,本文将研究成果应用于某公司的企业文化建设中,通过分析应用效果,验证论文提出模型及方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:After entering WTO for more than ten years, our country gradually melts into the economic globalization. Under the new economic environment, our enterprises are facing new competition and challenge, that is, from the competition of early product quality to the competition of talents. The competition of service and marketing concept, the competition of brand. In fact, this change represents the change of competition emphasis from "hardware" to "software", and the "software" often carries the enterprise's cultural idea behind it. The competition of culture has become an extremely important link in the competition between enterprises at this stage. Enterprise culture plays an important role in the development of enterprise. According to the present situation of enterprise culture of a company, this paper constructs the PDCA cycle model of enterprise culture construction of the company, which provides a reasonable and feasible model for the construction of enterprise culture. And the application in the company to verify its feasibility and effectiveness, the main contents of this study are as follows:. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the present situation of enterprise culture at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this paper are clarified, and the research contents and research methods are put forward. Secondly, aiming at a certain company, it expounds the theory of corporate culture, analyzes the current situation of the company, points out the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture, and combines the general process and characteristics of the construction of enterprise culture. The research framework of the company's corporate culture construction is put forward. Thirdly, based on the current situation of the company, this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the PDCA theory to the construction of corporate culture, and proposes to introduce the PDCA model into the study of corporate culture construction and to construct the PDCA cycle model of corporate culture construction. Finally, this paper applies the research results to the corporate culture construction of a company, and verifies the validity of the proposed model and method by analyzing the application effect.
