供电企业物流系统规划模型研究

【摘要】:随着我国电网企业的迅速发展和电力体制改革的日益深化,电网企业的物流运作面临着前所未有的压力和挑战,特别是供电物资集约化水平要求供电企业快速实施“三集五大”,推动供电企业的内部结构的优化与运营效率的提高。因此,供电企业物流系统运行效率关系到能否保障用户的及时用电、物流成本等相关问题,通过提高供电企业物流系统规划及算法研究,可以提高供电企业物流系统在供电企业中的地位。 为了更好地执行供电企业的运营效率,通过提高供电企业物流系统规划水平,降低物流运营成本,提高物流运作效益,本文展开如下研究。本文首先介绍了供电企业物流系统规划研究的基本内容及相关理论,并对供电企业物流系统规划的内容、基本结构及研究重点进行分析。通过分析现状和了解供电企业的特性,找出问题和寻找发展方向,为后续理论及实践工作打下良好的基础。其次分析以LIRP为核心的物流系统规划,从成本模型的角度将其细化为选址费用、库存费用、车辆运输费用等相关内容,其中供电企业的配送中心的选址成本设定为固定费用的全部组成和供应商为代表的工厂到供电企业仓库的成本;而对于仓储成本的组成文章设定为供电企业仓储中心的仓储持有费用和仓储中心的部分缺货成本等两个方面;运输费用包括车辆固定成本、为客户配送货物的运输成本。从而构建供电企业物流系统规划模型。最后在供电企业物流系统规划模型的基础上,给定应用算例,并根据启发式算法或其改进进行求解。 本文对供电企业物流系统规划进行了全面科学的分析,构建了供电企业物流系统规划模型,并提出了相关算法。在此基础上制定了一些改进的库存控制策略、补货策略等相关的管理制度。论文的研究成果创新的运用到供电企业物流领域,为供电企业降低物流运营成本提供了理论依据,因此具有较好的实用价值与现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's power grid enterprises and the deepening of power system reform, the logistics operation of power grid enterprises is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges. In particular, the intensive level of power supply materials requires power supply enterprises to implement "three sets and five" quickly, to promote the optimization of internal structure and the improvement of operational efficiency of power supply enterprises. The operation efficiency of logistics system in power supply enterprises is related to whether the users can use electricity in time, logistics cost and other related problems. Through improving the logistics system planning and algorithm research of power supply enterprises, It can improve the position of logistics system in power supply enterprises. In order to carry out the operation efficiency of power supply enterprises better, by improving the level of logistics system planning of power supply enterprises, reducing the cost of logistics operation and improving the efficiency of logistics operation, Firstly, this paper introduces the basic contents and related theories of logistics system planning of power supply enterprises, and the contents of logistics system planning of power supply enterprises. By analyzing the current situation and understanding the characteristics of power supply enterprises, we can find out the problems and find the direction of development. It lays a good foundation for the following theoretical and practical work. Secondly, the logistics system planning with LIRP as the core is analyzed, which can be divided into location cost, inventory cost, vehicle transportation cost and so on from the angle of cost model. The location cost of the distribution center of the power supply enterprise is set as the total composition of the fixed cost and the cost from the factory represented by the supplier to the warehouse of the power supply enterprise. For the components of the storage cost, the article sets the storage holding cost of the power supply enterprise warehouse center and the partial shortage cost of the storage center, etc. The transportation cost includes the fixed cost of the vehicle, The logistics system planning model of power supply enterprise is constructed. Finally, based on the model of power supply enterprise logistics system planning, an application example is given and solved according to heuristic algorithm or its improvement. This paper makes a comprehensive and scientific analysis of the logistics system planning of the power supply enterprises, constructs the logistics system planning model of the power supply enterprises, and puts forward some related algorithms. On the basis of this, some improved inventory control strategies are worked out. The research results of this paper are applied to the logistics field of power supply enterprises, which provides a theoretical basis for the power supply enterprises to reduce the operating costs of logistics, so it has good practical value and practical significance.
