基于竞合的高端装备制造业知识管理路径研究

【摘要】：高端装备制造业是装备制造业中具有高技术的产业，是制造业的核心，具有知识技术密集性的特点。高端装备制造业所拥有的内部知识资源已经不满于其发展需求，因此需要寻找合作型的知识伙伴进行有效的知识共享，以期弥补行业内企业的知识缺口。然而在合作过程中，为了有效维护竞争优势、应对市场变化、获取市场份额，必须对其自身的核心知识进行有效的知识保护。竞争合作提供了组织学习的平台，为研发高端装备制造业知识建立了快速通道。基于竞合理论提升知识管理效率，会迅速提升行业知识管理绩效。因此，，基于竞合角度寻求一条高效的知识管理路径迫在眉睫。在综合国内外已有文献的基础上，本文基于竞合的角度，阐述了的高端装备制造业知识管理路径的动因和作用机理，在假设的基础上构建了基于竞合的高端装备制造业知识路径的概念模型。以知识共享与知识保护为解释变量，基于竞合的角度阐述了对了高端知识管理绩效的影响；以组织学习能力为中间变量，探讨了知识获取识别能力、知识转移吸收能力和知识整合应用能力之间的关系对高端装备制造业知识管理绩效的影响。通过对变量的定义，设计问卷题项，并选取178家高端装备制造业企业作为样本进行问卷调查；在信度和效度检验满足要求的前提下，运用AMOS17.0数据统计软件对基于竞合的高端装备制造业知识管理路径假设和概念模型进行检验，通过对路径的五次修正，得到基于竞合的高端装备制造业知识管理路径修正模型。最后根据修正后的概念模型，为高端装备制造业知识管理竞合路径提供了保障措施及其发展对策。
[Abstract]:High-end equipment manufacturing industry is a high-tech industry in the equipment manufacturing industry, is the core of the manufacturing industry, and has the characteristics of knowledge and technology denseness. The internal knowledge resources of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry have been dissatisfied with its development needs. Therefore, it is necessary to find cooperative knowledge partners for effective knowledge sharing in order to make up for the knowledge gap of enterprises in the industry. However, in the process of cooperation, in order to effectively maintain the competitive advantage, cope with market changes and obtain market share, It is necessary to protect its core knowledge effectively. Competition and cooperation provide a platform for organizational learning and establish a fast channel for the research and development of knowledge in high-end equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the theory of competition and cooperation, the efficiency of knowledge management is improved. Therefore, it is urgent to seek an efficient knowledge management path based on competition and cooperation. On the basis of synthesizing the existing literature at home and abroad, this paper expounds the motivation and mechanism of knowledge management path of high-end equipment manufacturing industry based on the angle of competition and cooperation. The conceptual model of knowledge path of high-end equipment manufacturing industry based on competition is constructed on the basis of hypothesis. Taking knowledge sharing and knowledge protection as explanatory variables, the influence of knowledge management performance on high-end knowledge management is expounded based on the angle of competition. Taking organizational learning ability as intermediate variable, this paper discusses the relationship between knowledge acquisition and identification ability, knowledge transfer absorption ability and knowledge integration application ability, which affect the knowledge management performance of high-end equipment manufacturing industry. The questionnaire items were designed, and 178 high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises were selected as the sample to carry out the questionnaire survey, under the premise that the reliability and validity test met the requirements, This paper tests the knowledge management path hypothesis and concept model of high-end equipment manufacturing industry based on competition by using AMOS17.0 data statistic software. Finally, according to the modified conceptual model, it provides the safeguard measures and development countermeasures for the competing path of knowledge management in high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
