某水力发电企业人本管理模式研究及应用

【摘要】:在经济全球化的背景下,知识成为社会经济形态中决定企业生存与发展的重要要素。人作为智力、知识的载体,其重要性逐渐受到广泛重视。因此,如何尊重人才,用好人才,从而将“藏知于民”的知识和智力充分地发挥和运用,成为学术界和企业界共同关注的焦点问题。人本管理是以人为中心,充分发挥人的主观能动性和创新精神的科学管理方式。以人为本的管理方式将逐渐成为现代企业重要的管理方式。 某水力发电企业处于战略转型升级的关键时期,对人力资本、创新能力、管理方式等提出了较高的要求。基于此,本文对某水力发电企业的人本管理模式进行了研究与应用。在六西格玛设计流程——DMADV的指导下,,研究了某水力发电企业人本管理模式的设计过程,分析了每个阶段的主要研究内容,设计了具有该企业特色的人本管理模式,并进行了实际应用。本文的主要研究内容如下: 首先,在总结国内外人本管理研究现状的基础上,明确本文的研究目的及意义,提出本文的研究内容及研究方法。 其次,梳理人本管理的内涵,立足企业现状,分析某水力发电企业实施人本管理的必要性;结合人本管理的一般过程,提出某水力发电企业人本管理模式的研究框架,为后续工作的开展提供理论支撑和技术指导。 再次,分析六西格玛设计流程——DMADV在人本管理中应用的可行性;将DMADV引入企业人本管理模式设计研究中,建立了基于DMADV的人本管理模式设计过程,分析各阶段的主要工作内容和所需的技术、工具和方法,设计出某水力发电企业的人本管理模式。 最后,将上述研究成果应用于某水力发电企业,通过分析应用效果,验证本文研究的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, knowledge has become an important factor in the social and economic form that determines the survival and development of enterprises. As a carrier of intelligence and knowledge, the importance of knowledge has gradually been paid more and more attention to. Therefore, how to respect and make good use of talents, Thus, the knowledge and intelligence of "hiding knowledge from the people" has become the focus of the common concern of the academic and business circles. The scientific management mode of giving full play to human's subjective initiative and innovative spirit. The people-oriented management mode will gradually become an important management mode of modern enterprises. A hydropower enterprise is in the critical period of strategic transformation and upgrading, which puts forward higher requirements for human capital, innovation ability, management mode, etc. In this paper, the human-oriented management model of a hydropower enterprise is studied and applied. Under the guidance of six Sigma design flow-DMADV, the design process of human-oriented management mode in a hydropower enterprise is studied. This paper analyzes the main research contents of each stage, designs the people-oriented management model with the characteristics of the enterprise, and carries on the practical application. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the present situation of humanism management research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this paper are clarified, and the research contents and research methods are put forward. Secondly, combing the connotation of people-oriented management, based on the current situation of enterprises, analyzing the necessity of implementing people-oriented management in a hydropower enterprise, combining the general process of human-oriented management, the research framework of human-oriented management model of a hydropower enterprise is put forward. To provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the follow-up work. Thirdly, the feasibility of applying six Sigma design flow-DMADV in human-oriented management is analyzed, and the design process of human-oriented management pattern based on DMADV is established by introducing DMADV into the research of enterprise human-oriented management pattern design. This paper analyzes the main work contents of each stage and the necessary technology, tools and methods, and designs the people-oriented management model of a hydropower enterprise. Finally, the above research results are applied to a hydropower enterprise, and the effectiveness and feasibility of this study are verified by analyzing the application results.
