豆制品生产企业信息化管理的探讨与实践

【摘要】:随着现代科技的发展,信息技术在农业各领域得到了广泛的应用,已逐步渗透到农业生产、交换、市场、消费、分配以及农业经济发展的各个具体环节,从而极大地提高农业生产效率和农业生产水平,提升农业生产企业竞争力。特别是围绕着农产品安全的标准化生产、科学化管理、信息化溯源等关键环节,农业信息技术发挥着独特的作用。农产品安全问题关系到经济、生活和社会的稳定,受到了社会的广泛关注。如何保证农产品的食品安全问题,也一直是国内外各级政府的重要工作任务之一。保证农产品的优质生产不但能够增加农业生产和加工者的收入,而且能够带动其他行业如工业、服务业的发展。但是,近年来,农产品安全问题仍然频频曝光,如农药残留问题、包括双氟磷、氟乙酰胺、毒鼠强、盐酸克伦特罗等农、兽药引起的显性中毒事件,另外,隐性中毒更是无法统计。研究证实,人类常见的癌症、畸形、抗药性及某些中毒现象都与食物中的有害残留有关。事实上,不安全农产品给社会带来的危害远不止健康问题,还对社会民生和经济发展产生了极大的负面影响,引起了国内和国外政府领导的高度重视。要杜绝此类事件的发生,必须在生产者、食品加工者等各环节对食品加工“以假乱真”、“以次充好”的现象实施源头控制,建立起对食品安全进行产地环境与生产过程标准化的控制,尤其是从原产地到市场流通全过程的信息管理控制,这对建立食品安全管理十分重要。本论文通过阐述农业信息化在豆制品生产企业中的应用概况、对提升企业竞争力的作用,分析了当前豆制品生产企业在发展信息化进程中面临的问题和挑战,提出解决豆制品生产企业构建信息化体系的方法与对策,并对未来农业信息化对豆制品生产企业的发展前景和发展方向提出了预测和展望。本文以祖名豆制品股份有限公司作为示范企业进行研究,具体包括以下方面内容:(1)豆制品加工业的现状:分析豆制品加工企业存在的问题,如工业化程度低,保质期短、卫生质量差,产品标准化程度低,品质不稳定等:(2)信息化对豆制品示范企业的要求:包括软硬件方面改革已达到适应信息化的要求等;(3)农业信息化在豆制品示范业中的应用:通过利用祖名豆制品股份有限公司的ERP系统、产品原材料追溯系统,借助现代计算机技术、网络技术和地理信息技术,使得农业企业信息化程度不断提高:(4)信息化溯源管理方面研究:以原料溯源管理为例,研究信息化溯源管理在示范企业的应用。各类信息技术进入到农产品安全溯源和防伪标识等领域已成为当前农业信息技术研究的热点,也是促进农产品质量安全和提高农产品品牌的市场竞争力的现实需求和技术保障;(5)在关于延长食品保质期限方面的研究:食品保质期限长短一直以来是直接影响农产品销售流通环节的主要因素,本文通过多方面的调查,对提高食品保质期进行了多方面深入研究,利用高温灭菌等方法,取得了一定的成果,提高了真空包装、利乐装产品的保质期限,增加了示范企业的农产品销售市场,提高了企业的市场竞争力;(6)信息化对提升豆制品加工业的作用:利用信息化技术,使得豆制品生产实现规模化、工业化、加工机械化,加工设备和产品包装现代化,为豆制品未来发展指明了方向。

The research shows that, the common human cancer, malformation, resistance the resistance and some phenomena are harmful and toxic residues in food. In fact, the harm is not safe agricultural products brought to society far more health problems, but also has great negative effects on the social and economic development, has caused the domestic and foreign government attaches great importance to the leadership. To prevent such incidents from happening, must in various areas of food producers, processors and so on food processing real, shoddy phenomenon in the implementation of source control, set up production environment and production process of food safety standards The control, especially from the origin to the market circulation information management control of the whole process, it is very important to the establishment of food safety management. This paper expounds the application of agricultural information in the soybean production enterprises, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, analyzed the current situation of soybean production enterprises are facing in the development in the process of informatization the problems and challenges, put forward ways and Countermeasures of soybean production enterprises to construct information system, and forecast the future of agricultural informatization development prospects of soybean production enterprises and the development direction. The shelf life of Tetra Pak packing products, increase the demonstration enterprise of agricultural product market, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises; (6) the role of information technology to enhance the soy processing industry: the use of information technology, the production of bean products to achieve scale, industrialization, processing machinery, processing equipment and product packaging modernization, as specified the direction of the future development of bean products.
