【摘要】：自2001年11月, NCE公司生产出中国第一台罐式集装箱起,中国已成为全球罐式集装箱的制造基地。中国罐式集装箱制造业,凭借雄厚的综合实力,占据了全球罐式集装箱市场80%以上的份额,为推动全球能源化工贸易集装化做出卓越贡献。随着全球经济增长的速度放缓,国内劳动力成本的提高,新进入罐式集装箱制造业的企业增加,行业产能严重过剩,NCE作为行业领先企业也面临诸多挑战。本文以国内罐式集装箱领先企业NCE作为研究对象,通过宏观形势、行业发展趋势、行业竞争结构等调研分析,找出罐式集装箱企业面临的挑战和机遇,通过企业内部能力的分析,识别企业的优势和劣势,然后根据战略管理相关理论和模型,经过分析,总结NCE公司在总体经营战略方面宜选择密集型战略、纵向一体化和多元化战略,在竞争战略方面针对公司不同的业务及市场分别采取低成本领先、差异化和聚焦战略。在确定战略之后,还针对NCE的现状和未来五年战略目标,提出了实现战略的关键举措,以保证战略目标实现。本文最后对研究结论进行了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Since November 2001, when NCE produced the first tank container in China, China has become the global tank container manufacturing base. Accounting for more than 80% of the global container market, it has made a remarkable contribution to promoting the global energy and chemical industry trade containerization. As the global economic growth slows, domestic labor costs rise. The number of new container manufacturing enterprises is increasing, and the industry overcapacity is also facing many challenges. This paper takes the domestic tank container leading enterprise NCE as the research object, through the macro situation, Research and analysis of industry development trend, industry competition structure, find out the challenges and opportunities faced by container container enterprises, identify the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises through the analysis of the internal capabilities of the enterprises, and then according to the relevant theories and models of strategic management, Through the analysis, the author concludes that NCE should choose intensive strategy, vertical integration and diversification strategy in the overall management strategy, and adopt low cost leading strategy for different business and market in the competition strategy. Differentiation and focus strategy. After defining the strategy, the paper also puts forward the key measures to realize the strategy in view of the present situation and the strategic goal in the next five years. Finally, the conclusion of the research is summarized and prospected.
