【摘要】:随着人们生活质量的提高,对于体育健身活动愈加重视,电子商务在互联网时代也迅猛发展,可以预见电子商务渠道销售健身器材类商品存在大规模的客户需求。LOVSPORTS公司是计划成立的网上销售健身器材的公司。其经营模式是把健身资源进行整合,以就近出售的原则减少其流通成本,为消费者提供高质量、低价格的商品;基于市场调研、行业数据及顾客回馈信息分析,灵活调整商品价格体系及发展战略;基于创新的多维度网络营销模式进行市场推广;力图建立完善优异的服务体系,并且给予消费者进行专业指导。公司的主要销售渠道是网络销售,把行业的资源进行整合,以天猫为销售平台,通过几年的经营力争成为网上知名的健身器材专卖机构,打造自己的“淘品牌”。 本论文通过对行业发展情况的调研和系统分析,提出创业方案。在LOVSPORTS公司的企划书当中得知,公司预计投资二百万,并在未来的六年中净现值达到1136.28万元,两年半收回成本。由此可知LOVSPORTS公司的创业具有很大的可行性,但在经营的过程,一定要加强企业的管理,做好财财务与经营风险防控工作。基于本文研究可知,撰写创业计划书能有效指导初创企业的创业管理和创业过程,对于分析未来创业道路上的困难与风险以及创业实践都具有重要意义。

It can be predicted that there is a large-scale customer demand for the sale of fitness equipment in e-commerce channels. LOVSPORTS is a planned online fitness equipment sales company. Its business model is to integrate fitness resources. Based on market research, industry data and customer feedback information, we can adjust commodity price system and development strategy flexibly. Based on the innovative multi-dimensional network marketing model to promote the market, trying to establish and improve the excellent service system, and to give professional guidance to consumers. The company's main sales channel is network sales, to integrate the resources of the industry, Tmall as a sales platform, through several years of management strive to become a well-known online fitness equipment monopoly, to create their own "Amoy brand." Through the investigation and systematic analysis of the industry development, this paper puts forward a business plan. According to the LOVSPORTS Company's plan, the company expects to invest 2 million yuan, and the net present value will reach eleven million three hundred and sixty-two thousand and eight hundred yuan in the next six years. Two and a half years of cost recovery. From this, we can see that the venture of LOVSPORTS company has great feasibility, but in the process of operation, we must strengthen the management of enterprises, do a good job of financial affairs and management risk prevention and control. Writing a business plan can effectively guide the entrepreneurial management and entrepreneurial process of a start-up.
