AK公司基于KPI绩效管理体系构建的研究

【摘要】:AK公司是我国汽车零部件制造行业排名靠前的专业化生产有限公司。伴随着中国经济快速的发展,城乡一体化的建设及城市扩张,运输业的快速发展。市场对重卡需求旺盛,汽车行业特别是重卡专业车厂产量的快速增长,随着公司规模不断扩张,对员工、人才的培养,对企业战略目标的实现都提出了更高的要求,但原公司相应的绩效考核的水平不升反降没有得到同步的提升,绩效考核并没有与人才培养、招聘、薪酬等挂钩,难以适应现代化企业管理的要求。因此要迅速地从公司战略目标出发,构建适合AK公司战略发展需求的绩效管理体系。 本论文通过对绩效管理优缺点的分析结合AK公司在绩效管理中存在的问题,扬长避短,根据绩效管理相关理论构建一个适合公司发展相适应的一套以KPI为基础的绩效管理体系。本论文第一部分重点介绍写作背景和意义,研究的可行性和创新点;第二部分介绍绩效管理综述包括绩效、绩效考核、绩效管理概念,国内外有关文献综述,KPI综述及绩效管理流程;在第三部分中分析公司的绩效管理现状分析,总结目前公司存在的绩效管理的问题及原因分析;第四部分重点介绍公司基于KPI绩效管理体系的构建,该部分的由绩效管理构建流程,绩效管理前期准备工作,AK公司指标体系的设计,AK公司绩效管理运作体系设计,AK公司绩效考评结果反馈体系及绩效管理体系运行保障组成。 本论文采用了绩效管理的理论和现代的方法在综合AK公司绩效管理的问题基础上,对现有的绩效管理的体系进行重新的构建,推新除旧力图建立起一套符合公司现状的行之有效的管理体系以期提高公司的绩效管理水平,并为其他同行业的企业提供了参考依据,提升同行业的绩效管理水平。
[Abstract]:AK Company is the top professional manufacturing company in auto parts manufacturing industry in China. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the construction of urban-rural integration and urban expansion, and the rapid development of transportation industry, there is a strong demand for heavy truck in the market. With the rapid growth of automobile industry, especially the production of heavy truck factory, with the continuous expansion of the scale of the company, the training of employees and talents, and the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise have put forward higher requirements. However, the corresponding performance appraisal level of the original company has not been upgraded synchronously, and the performance appraisal has not been linked to personnel training, recruitment, compensation, etc. It is difficult to meet the requirements of modern enterprise management, so it is necessary to set up a performance management system suitable for the strategic development needs of AK Company. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of performance management, this paper combines the problems of AK company in performance management, and takes advantage of its advantages and disadvantages. According to the theory of performance management, we construct a set of performance management system based on KPI. The first part of this paper mainly introduces the writing background and significance, the feasibility and innovation of the research; The second part introduces the performance management review, including performance, performance evaluation, performance management concepts, domestic and foreign literature review KPI review and performance management process; in the third part of the analysis of the company's performance management status, Part 4th focuses on the construction of performance management system based on KPI, which is constructed by the process of performance management. Preliminary preparation for performance Management the design of AK company's performance management operation system the performance evaluation result feedback system and the performance management system operation guarantee of AK Company. This paper adopts the theory of performance management and modern methods to reconstruct the existing performance management system on the basis of integrating the performance management problems of AK Company. This paper tries to set up a set of effective management system in line with the current situation of the company in order to improve the performance management level of the company, and to provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry, and to improve the performance management level of the same industry.
