技术成熟度视角下北京纯电动汽车产业发展研究

【摘要】:当前的能源危机和环境污染问题迫使新能源汽车产业的加快发展。世界大国已纷纷加大新能源汽车产业的布局。为了抢夺市场机遇,再加上我国特有的资源和环境压力,我国发展新能源汽车产业刻不容缓。我国在2012年已经明确指出“要以纯电驱动为汽车工业转型的主要战略取向”。纯电动汽车作为新能源汽车的一个重要分类,它的良性发展有着举足轻重的意义。 因此,本论文以北京纯电动汽车产业为研究对象,首先运用多维评估模型,以专利数据作为基础数据,借助于Excel、Mat lab等工具,对北京纯电动汽车产业的技术成熟度进行评估,评估结果表明北京市纯电动汽车技术现在处于成熟度第四等级,属于技术成长期;其次,结合学者先前研究与北京的具体情况,在明确建模目的和系统边界的基础上,从外部支撑力、技术竞争力、市场竞争力和持续成长力四个维度,构建了北京市纯电动汽车产业竞争力的系统动力学模型,同时通过对模型进行的有效性检验,验证了模型的正确性和稳定性;接着,借助于仿真软件Vensim Personal Learning Edition对模型进行了初始仿真,分析了北京纯电动汽车产业竞争力的发展趋势,对北京纯电动汽车产业的竞争力有了更加直观、全面的认识;最后,在上文研究的基础上,进一步探讨了该产业技术成熟度与产业发展之间的联系,,并为北京纯电动汽车产业持续、健康地发展的提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:The current energy crisis and the problem of environmental pollution have forced the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry. The major countries in the world have increased the layout of the new energy automobile industry one after another. In order to seize the market opportunities, and in addition to the unique resources and environmental pressures of our country, It is urgent to develop new energy automobile industry in our country. In 2012, our country has clearly pointed out that "pure electric drive should be the main strategic orientation of automobile industry transformation". Pure electric vehicle is an important classification of new energy vehicle. Its benign development has important significance. Therefore, this paper takes Beijing pure electric vehicle industry as the research object. Firstly, using multidimensional evaluation model and patent data as the basic data, this paper evaluates the technology maturity of Beijing pure electric vehicle industry by means of tools such as Excel Mat lab. The evaluation results show that the technology of pure electric vehicle in Beijing is now in the maturity of 4th grade, which belongs to the period of technology development. Secondly, combined with the specific situation of previous research of scholars and Beijing, on the basis of defining the purpose of modeling and the boundary of the system, From the four dimensions of external support, technical competitiveness, market competitiveness and sustained growth, the system dynamics model of Beijing pure electric vehicle industry competitiveness is constructed, and the validity of the model is tested. The correctness and stability of the model are verified. Then, with the help of the simulation software Vensim Personal Learning Edition, the initial simulation of the model is carried out, and the development trend of the competitiveness of Beijing pure electric vehicle industry is analyzed. We have a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the competitiveness of the pure electric vehicle industry in Beijing. Finally, on the basis of the above study, we further explore the relationship between the technological maturity of the industry and the development of the industry. And put forward the countermeasure suggestion for the Beijing pure electric vehicle industry to develop continuously and healthily.
