生态文明视野下的新型工业化道路研究

【摘要】：党的十八大要求将生态文明放在突出位置,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和社会建设的各个方面和全过程。将生态文明建设融入经济建设,要求以生态文明理念来引领新型工业化道路,因此,论文从“生态文明”的视角来对新型工业化道路进行研究。首先对传统工业化及其道路进行了反思,通过反思总结出传统工业化道路存在的弊端,从而给正处于工业化中后期的我国以前车之鉴。其次,对中国特色新型工业化道路进行探索,在明确了我国工业化进程的发展阶段以及在工业化进程中出现的生态环境问题的基础上,论述了我国新型工业化道路的提出和发展现状。第三,分析了以生态文明为引领走新型工业化道路的必要性,在对“生态文明”与“生态文明建设”概念作出解释之后,通过分析新型工业化道路与生态文明之间的关系,从而指出走新型工业化道路需要生态文明的引领。最后,从四个方面指出了在生态文明引领下走新型工业化道路的具体路径,分别是树立生态文明理念；发展循环经济模式；推进科技进步和创新；完善生态政策、管理体制和法律制度。
