供应链环境下汽车零部件供应商评价研究及应用

【摘要】:随着供应链管理理论的不断发展,单个企业之间的竞争已经转变成供应链之间的竞争,整车制造企业与零部件供应商之间的关系——“整零”关系,也从传统的买卖关系转变为供应链上的战略合作伙伴关系。与此同时,整车制造企业在满足顾客多样化需求的同时,也对零部件供应商提出了新的要求,要求其在激烈的市场竞争环境中迅速作出反应。由于零部件供应商在供应链上处于非常重要的地位,如何评价、选择及管理供应商成为供应链管理的重要内容,因此,科学合理的评价零部件供应商,是建立长期“整零”合作关系的重要基础。本文对供应链环境下汽车零部件供应商评价问题的深入研究不仅具有重要的学术价值,而且具有很好的实践指导意义。 本文在研究供应商评价指标体系与评价方法的基础上,对供应链环境下汽车零部件供应商评价问题——评价指标体系的构建及评价模型的建立进行了研究,并将研究成果应用于具体的整车制造企业中。 首先,阐述在供应链环境下评价汽车零部件供应商的重要性,结合供应商评价指标体系及评价方法的研究现状,进一步明确本文研究目的及主要内容,为建立面向整车制造企业的评价指标体系及零部件供应商评价方法提供了理论依据。 其次,通过分析汽车供应链,指出“整零”之间建立供应链上的战略合作伙伴关系的重要性,从供应商产品QCDS能力、供应商整体竞争能力、供应商合作能力和供应商可持续发展能力四个方面出发,来构建供应链环境下汽车零部件供应商的评价指标体系,并对各个评价指标进行分析及其量化。 第三,通过分析、比较传统的供应商评价方法,提出了供应商评价方法研究的新趋势,采用模糊逻辑系统与BP神经网络相结合的方法——模糊神经网络(FuzzyNeural Network, FNN),,并将其应用于汽车零部件供应商的评价中。 最后,将研究成果应用到重庆某整车制造企业,优化了该企业的供应商管理,还在以上的研究成果的基础上,通过Matlab GUI平台,为整车企业开发了一套汽车零部件供应商评价系统(Auto-parts Supplier Evaluation System, ASEA),为决策者提供了一个简便易行的操作工具。
[Abstract]:With the development of supply chain management theory, competition among individual enterprises has been transformed into competition between supply chains. At the same time, the automobile manufacturing enterprises, while meeting the diversified needs of customers, also put forward new requirements to the suppliers of parts and components, while changing from the traditional trading relationship to the strategic partnership in the supply chain. Because the supplier of parts is very important in the supply chain, how to evaluate, select and manage the supplier becomes the important content of the supply chain management. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of parts suppliers is the important foundation of establishing long-term "whole" cooperation relationship. This paper not only has important academic value to study the evaluation of automobile parts suppliers under the environment of supply chain. And has the very good practice instruction significance. Based on the research of supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method, this paper studies the construction of evaluation index system and the establishment of evaluation model of automobile parts supplier under the environment of supply chain. And the research results are applied to the specific vehicle manufacturing enterprises. First of all, the importance of evaluating automotive parts suppliers in the supply chain environment is expounded. Combined with the research status of supplier evaluation index system and evaluation methods, the purpose and main contents of this paper are further clarified. It provides the theoretical basis for establishing the evaluation index system and the evaluation method of parts and components suppliers for the whole vehicle manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, by analyzing the automobile supply chain, the paper points out the importance of establishing the strategic partnership between "whole" supply chain, from the point of view of supplier's product QCDS capability and supplier's overall competitive ability. Based on the four aspects of supplier cooperation ability and supplier sustainable development ability, the evaluation index system of automobile parts suppliers under supply chain environment is constructed, and the evaluation indexes are analyzed and quantified. Third, through the analysis, compares the traditional supplier evaluation method, proposed the supplier appraisal method research new tendency, The fuzzy neural network (FNNN), which combines fuzzy logic system with BP neural network, is applied to the evaluation of automobile parts suppliers. Finally, the research results are applied to a whole car manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and the supplier management of the enterprise is optimized. On the basis of the above research results, through the Matlab GUI platform, An Auto-parts Supplier Evaluation system, an evaluation system for auto parts supplier, is developed for the whole automobile enterprise, which provides a simple and convenient operation tool for decision makers.
