三星电子全面创新管理的历史沿革及其启示研究

【摘要】：近几年以来,随着信息通信技术行业的飞速发展,3G移动通信技术的商业化大大提升了移动通信的速度,苹果公司的iPhone的横空出世极大地促进了移动互联网行业应用的丰富。为了让更多的用户体验移动互联网带来的便捷,Google公司联合众多手机厂家推出了Android智能手机操作系统,随着Android的推出,企业设计智能终端的难度大大降低。在看到智能终端领域的巨大机遇后,越来越多的企业都投身其中。但是如何抓住这个巨大机遇,中国的企业还在继续摸索。本文试图从全面创新管理的角度对电子行业的巨头——三星电子进行全面分析,总结其从欧美和日本电子企业的包围中获得成功的经验,对目前中国企业的创新管理现状进行分析后,指出其创新发展过程中存在的问题,根据三星电子成功的经验,为中国企业的发展壮大提供一些启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the information and communication technology industry, the commercialization of 3G mobile communication technology has greatly improved the speed of mobile communication. The advent of Apple's iPhone has greatly contributed to the richness of mobile Internet applications. In order to allow more users to experience the convenience of the mobile Internet, the company has launched the Android smartphone operating system in conjunction with a number of mobile phone manufacturers. With the introduction of Android, the difficulty of designing intelligent terminals is greatly reduced. After seeing the great opportunities in the field of intelligent terminals, more and more enterprises are engaged in it. But how to seize this huge opportunity, Chinese enterprises are still groping. This paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis of Samsung Electronics, a giant of the electronics industry, from the perspective of comprehensive innovation management, and summarize its successful experiences from the encirclement of European, American and Japanese electronic enterprises. After analyzing the present situation of innovation management in Chinese enterprises, the paper points out the problems existing in the process of innovation and development, and provides some enlightenment for the development and growth of Chinese enterprises according to the successful experience of Samsung Electronics.
