奉贤区工业固定资产投资效率分析及对策研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,奉贤区的经济发展一直是相对比较落后的,特别是和其他郊区相比,无论是经济的增速还是经济的总量都处于最后几名。跨入新世纪以后,随着“工业兴区”口号的提出,契合市中心转型发展的机遇,逐步承接市中心转移过来的工业产业;同时作为南上海杭州湾对接浙江的重要位置,开始吸引浙江一带的工业企业来奉投资。面对不断增长的工业投资,到底它的效益如何?效果如何呢?未来的工业发展又路在何方?本文首先分析了奉贤区工业投资的整体情况,包括工业投资结构以及工业投资对经济增长的作用;其次利用DEA方法分析了奉贤区工业投资的效率,区分效率最优、次优等行业;然后建立影响投资的指标体系,通过多元线性回归模型分析,寻找最主要的影响工业投资的因素;最后通过上述的分析得出了奉贤区工业投资的整体情况,继而提出了几点政策建议,包括构建良好的工业投资制度环境、保持适度的工业投资规模、优化工业投资结构以及提高工业投资效率。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economic development of Fengxian District has been relatively backward, especially compared with other suburbs, both the economic growth rate and the total economic volume are in the last few places. After entering the new century, With the slogan "Industry prospering the District", which fits the opportunity of the transformation and development of the city center, it gradually accepts the industrial industry transferred from the center of the city. At the same time, it is an important position for the South Shanghai Hangzhou Bay to link up with Zhejiang. Began to attract industrial enterprises in Zhejiang to invest. In the face of increasing industrial investment, what are its benefits? How did it work? Where is the future industrial development? This paper first analyzes the overall situation of industrial investment in Fengxian District, including the structure of industrial investment and the effect of industrial investment on economic growth, and then analyzes the efficiency of industrial investment in Fengxian District by using DEA method to distinguish the optimal and sub-superior industries. Then establish the index system that affects the investment, through the multiple linear regression model analysis, find the most important factors that affect the industrial investment. Finally, through the above analysis, we get the overall situation of the industrial investment in Fengxian District. Then several policy suggestions are put forward, including constructing a good industrial investment system environment, maintaining a moderate scale of industrial investment, optimizing the structure of industrial investment and improving the efficiency of industrial investment.
