七匹狼集团工业旅游发展对策研究

【摘要】:七匹狼集团是我国男装知名品牌,面对国内中高端男装市场的激烈竞争,近年来七匹狼将工业旅游纳入了战略规划体系,试图通过工业旅游提升企业经济效益、促进产品创新及产业优化、传播企业文化和内涵、提高品牌知名度。本文采取实地调查、座谈交流和案例研究等方法,分析了七匹狼工业旅游发展中遇到的问题,然后借鉴成功的工业旅游案例,系统地提出七匹狼发展工业旅游的对策。 首先,全面回顾、总结国内外关于工业旅游相关文献资料及理论;然后,全面了解七匹狼工业旅游发展现状,包括已有的各种旅游活动、项目和所提供的服务等,并对七匹狼工业旅游游客市场进行调查,了解市场构成及游客满意度,从而分析当前七匹狼集团在工业旅游中存在的问题,如产品单一、缺乏体验性、客源市场有待进一步开发、推广和宣传力度不够、上下游产业链融合缺失、缺乏与其他旅游资源合作等,以此作为提出企业发展对策的重要依据;接着,以国内发展工业旅游的知名企业青岛啤酒和海尔为例,分析他们在发展工业旅游中所面临的问题及发展对策;最后,针对七匹狼工业旅游存在的问题,从企业自身、政府支持、企业联合、社区支持等四个方面提出七匹狼发展工业旅游的对策。 本文的研究意义和创新之处主要有:第一,从战略管理的角度分析七匹狼集团的工业旅游发展,融合社区参与、游客满意度、体验经济等相关理论,以实际案例提出工业企业发展工业旅游的对策,进一步丰富相关研究,为今后其他企业发展工业旅游提供理论借鉴;第二,在实践中,可以为晋江市其他企业发展工业旅游提供借鉴,有效整合和带动晋江各项旅游资源,丰富工业旅游的内容,充分发挥工业旅游的多重效益,推动晋江市旅游和文化产业的繁荣和发展,推动现代服务业的发展。
[Abstract]:As a well-known brand of men's wear in China, in the face of fierce competition in the domestic middle-high-end men's wear market, in recent years, the group has brought industrial tourism into the strategic planning system in an attempt to enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises through industrial tourism. To promote product innovation and industrial optimization, to spread corporate culture and connotation, and to improve brand awareness. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the development of industrial tourism of the Seven Timberwolves by means of field investigations, discussion exchanges and case studies. Then draw lessons from the successful case of industrial tourism, systematically put forward the seven wolf industrial tourism development countermeasures. First of all, a comprehensive review and summary of domestic and foreign literature and theory on industrial tourism; then, a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of industrial tourism development, including existing tourism activities, projects and services, etc. In order to analyze the problems existing in the industrial tourism industry, such as single product and lack of experience, the paper makes a survey on the tourist market of the industrial tourism of the Seven Wolf, to understand the market composition and the satisfaction of the tourists, so as to analyze the problems existing in the industrial tourism of the Seven Wolf Group at present. The tourist market needs to be further developed, the promotion and publicity efforts are not enough, the integration of upstream and downstream industrial chains is missing, and there is a lack of cooperation with other tourism resources, as an important basis for putting forward the countermeasures for the development of enterprises. Taking Tsing Tao Beer and Haier, well-known domestic enterprises developing industrial tourism, as an example, this paper analyzes the problems they face in developing industrial tourism and their development countermeasures. Finally, in view of the problems existing in industrial tourism of the seven wolves, the government supports the enterprises themselves. Enterprise alliance, community support and other four aspects of the development of industrial tourism seven wolf countermeasures. The research significance and innovation of this paper are as follows: first, from the perspective of strategic management, this paper analyzes the development of industrial tourism, the integration of community participation, tourist satisfaction, experience economy and other related theories. In order to enrich the relevant research and provide theoretical reference for other enterprises to develop industrial tourism in the future. Second, in practice, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of industrial tourism development in industrial enterprises. It can provide reference for other enterprises in Jinjiang to develop industrial tourism, effectively integrate and drive various tourism resources in Jinjiang, enrich the contents of industrial tourism, and give full play to the multiple benefits of industrial tourism. To promote the prosperity and development of tourism and cultural industries in Jinjiang, and to promote the development of modern service industries.
