无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着世界经济高速发展,能源危机和环境问题日益突出,各国能源结构开始由原来的以石油、煤炭、天然气等化石能源为主转向可再生能源的开发与应用。世界光伏产业最近10年每年平均以48.5%的速度增长,与此同时,中国的光伏企业数量在近10年也急速发展,光伏产品产量位居世界第一。但是“两头在外”,缺乏核技术及产品依赖国外市场等问题严重制约了中国光伏企业的发展,面对国际市场需求的萎缩,中国光伏企业一片惨败。无锡尚德在十年辉煌过后经历了破产重组的沉痛打击,在未来激烈的竞争中无锡尚德要想再次胜出,必须尽快找出当前存在的问题,及时找到解决的对策。本文分五章来探讨无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司的发展战略与对策。首先详细分析了国内外光伏产业的现状,着重从产业概况、上下游产业链和产业政策等方面对国内现状进行了细致分析。然后通过对尚德公司的发展现状、股权结构、主营业务和财务状况的分析,加深对尚德现状的了解。最后归纳总结出尚德存在的问题,并结合SWOT分析法找出其优势、劣势、机会和威胁,最终找到切实可行的企业对策建议。太阳能光伏产业作为一个新兴产业,遵循着诞生、发展、成熟到再发展的规律,目前我国光伏产业目前仍处于发展阶段,在其发展过程中存在一些问题和弊端也在所难免。此次破产重组对于无锡尚德来说既是挑战也是机遇,无锡尚德在看清国内外现状的基础上,找出自身问题所在,通过分析自身的优势与不足从而找到切实可行的长远发展之道。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, the energy crisis and environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent. The world's photovoltaic industry has grown at an average rate of 48.5 percent a year in the past 10 years, while the number of photovoltaic enterprises in China has also developed rapidly in the past 10 years. The output of photovoltaic products ranks first in the world. However, the lack of nuclear technology and the dependence of products on foreign markets seriously restrict the development of Chinese photovoltaic enterprises, and face the shrinking demand in the international market. China's photovoltaic enterprises have suffered a terrible defeat. Wuxi Suntech experienced a deep blow of bankruptcy and reorganization after a decade of glory. In order to win again in the future fierce competition, Wuxi Suntech must find out the current problems as soon as possible. Find solutions in time. This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the development strategy and countermeasures of Wuxi Shangde Solar Power Co., Ltd. Firstly, the current situation of photovoltaic industry at home and abroad is analyzed in detail, with emphasis on the general situation of the industry. The upstream and downstream industrial chains and industrial policies are analyzed in detail. Then, through the analysis of Suntech's development status, equity structure, main business and financial situation, Finally, this paper summarizes the existing problems of Suntech, and finds out its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with SWOT analysis, and finally finds out feasible countermeasures and suggestions. As a new industry, solar photovoltaic industry follows the law of birth, development and maturity to re-development. At present, the photovoltaic industry in our country is still in the stage of development. In the course of its development, some problems and drawbacks are inevitable. This bankruptcy reorganization is both a challenge and an opportunity for Suntech in Wuxi. On the basis of seeing clearly the current situation at home and abroad, Wuxi Suntech finds out its own problems. Through the analysis of their own advantages and disadvantages to find a practical way to long-term development.
