【摘要】：在设备资产管理的持续改进流程中，科学的备件定额有助于保障设备的正常运行。备件库存过多会导致资金积压，减少企业的流动资金，报废的备件降低企业的利润；备件库存过少又将影响生产的正常运作，，特别是影响设备维修工作的正常进行。通过备件库存管理及优化工作，可以在保障生产的前提下，降低库存相关的费用，达到备件需求和供给的最佳平衡点。备件库存管理及优化的理念是平衡备件的需求和保障，即能维持合理的备件库存以满足计划性和非计划性维修对备件的需求，同时避免备件超储。论文首先在分析对备件库存管理相关文献进行综述的基础上，分析了JT公司备件库存管理的发展现状。接着，以问题分析为基础，认为JT公司备件库存管理存在以下问题：一是设备通用性差导致备件储备的品种繁多；二是备件主数据信息不准确影响计划准确率；三是备件采购周期不确定导致设备管理的风险；四是备件管理缺乏储备定额的管理机制；五是备件缺少科学的库存控制方法。然后，从备件库存管理指导思想、备件库存管理优化目标、备件库存管理优化范围、备件库存分类优化、备件库存流程优化等方面给出了JT公司备件库存管理优化方案。论文最后从以下三个提出了该方案实施的保障措施：第一，提高备件计划管理水平；第二，加大保险件外部联合储备；第三，积极开展进口备件国产化。
[Abstract]:In the process of continuous improvement of equipment asset management, scientific spare parts quota helps to ensure the normal operation of equipment. Excessive spare parts inventory will lead to the overstock of funds, reduce the liquidity of enterprises, scrap spare parts and reduce the profits of enterprises; Too little spare parts inventory will also affect the normal operation of production, especially the normal maintenance of equipment. Through spare parts inventory management and optimization work, we can reduce the costs related to inventory on the premise of ensuring production. Achieve the best balance between spare parts demand and supply. The idea of spare parts inventory management and optimization is to balance the demand and guarantee of spare parts, that is, to maintain reasonable spare parts inventory to meet the requirements of planned and unplanned maintenance for spare parts. At the same time, avoid spare parts overstocking. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of spare parts inventory management in JT Company on the basis of analyzing the related literature on spare parts inventory management, and then, based on the problem analysis, the paper analyzes the status quo of spare parts inventory management in JT Company. The following problems exist in the inventory management of spare parts in JT Company: one is the variety of spare parts reserve caused by the poor generality of equipment, the other is the inaccurate information of spare parts master data affects the accuracy of the plan. The third is the risk of equipment management caused by the uncertainty of spare parts purchasing cycle; the fourth is the lack of management mechanism of spare parts management quota; the fifth is the lack of scientific inventory control methods for spare parts. Then, from the guiding ideology of spare parts inventory management, Spare parts inventory management optimization objectives, spare parts inventory management optimization scope, spare parts inventory classification optimization, The optimization of spare parts inventory management in JT Company is given in the following aspects. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures from the following three aspects: first, to improve the management level of spare parts plan; secondly, to put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the scheme: first, to improve the planning management level of spare parts; second, Increase the joint external reserve of insurance parts; third, actively carry out the localization of imported spare parts.
