【摘要】:当前的制造业的市场竞争变得更加日益激烈,竞争驱动了制造型企业对不同于以往的发展新战略途径的研究和探索。作为一种战略创新途径,产品服务系统(PSS)是一种基于顾客需求而发展的融和产品和服务以提供系统化解决方案的思维模式和设计理念,也是一种能最大程度的去满足顾客需求并同时实现企业利益最大化的新型商业模式。 本文通过从价值角度,论述了价值主张思想和基于价值主张而建立的产品服务系统的现有知识和概念,对其理论基础和发展作了深入研究和归纳。并通过分析了基于产品价值链分布和产品服务系统的服务化转型模式,探讨了产品服务系统对制造企业服务化的作用和实施方法。并通过笔者亲自参沃尔沃集团全球建筑设备公司在中国产品服务系统发展的应用项目,进行了前期的产品服务系统市场分析、产品规划,系统设计构建及实施部署方面做了详细的介绍,给制造型企业提供理伦和案例参考。
[Abstract]:The current market competition of manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce, which drives manufacturing enterprises to study and explore new strategic approaches different from previous ones.As a strategic innovation approach, product service system (PSS) is a kind of thinking mode and design idea of integrating products and services based on customer needs to provide systematic solutions.It is also a new business model which can meet the needs of customers and maximize the interests of enterprises.This paper discusses the existing knowledge and concepts of the thought of value proposition and the product service system based on value proposition from the angle of value, and makes a deep study and induction of its theoretical basis and development.By analyzing the mode of service transformation based on the distribution of product value chain and product service system, this paper discusses the function and implementation method of product service system to manufacturing enterprise service.And through personally participating in the application project of Volvo Group Global Construction equipment Company in the development of China's product service system, the author has carried out the preliminary product service system market analysis and product planning.The design and implementation of the system are introduced in detail, which provides a reference for manufacturing enterprises.
