【摘要】：企业项目化管理,是当前企业管理学领域的一个热点话题。它有利于企业很好地管理众多具有项目性质的工作,通过实施系统、科学的项目管理程序与方法,建立规范的项目化管理体系,有效推进企业多项目开展,从而提高企业项目成功的比例,提升项目管理人员的项目管理能力与素质。项目化组织强调更加灵活的组织机制和对员工的充分授权；强调员工的自我管理和更扁平、直接、畅通的组织架构；有利于促进组织成员达成共识,培养美好感情和共同价值观,是企业实现组织扁平化最快最有效的途径之一。因此,项目化管理是企业组织的发展趋势,是提升企业效率的有效手段。论文针对企业项目化管理推进问题,首先,利用项目化管理、多项目管理、组织设计、绩效管理等管理学理论与方法,研究了企业实施项目化管理的必要性和可行性,并对影响企业项目化管理体系构建的关键要素进行了深入分析。在此基础上,以BC公司为例,通过进一步分析,提出了一套与BC公司管理实际相适应的项目化组织体系,并阐述了BC公司项目化管理体系的构建与推进。该套系统的、科学的企业项目化管理系统,可以很直接地应用到实际工作中,给公司的项目化管理工作提供非常详细的工作指南和培训教材,很好地指导BC公司项目化管理的推进。
[Abstract]:Enterprise project management is a hot topic in the field of enterprise management.It is helpful for enterprises to manage many projects well. Through the implementation of systems, scientific project management procedures and methods, a standardized project management system is established to effectively promote the development of multi-projects in enterprises.In order to improve the proportion of enterprise project success, improve the project management ability and quality of project managers.The project organization emphasizes a more flexible organizational mechanism and full delegation of authority to the staff; emphasizes the self-management of the staff and a more flat, direct and unimpeded organizational structure; and is conducive to building consensus among the members of the organization.Cultivating good feelings and common values is one of the fastest and most effective ways for enterprises to achieve flattening.Therefore, project management is the development trend of enterprise organization and an effective means to improve enterprise efficiency.Firstly, this paper studies the necessity and feasibility of implementing project management by using the theories and methods of project management, multi-project management, organizational design and performance management.The key factors that affect the construction of enterprise project management system are analyzed.On the basis of this, taking BC Company as an example, through further analysis, this paper puts forward a set of project organization system suitable to the actual management of BC Company, and expounds the construction and promotion of the project management system of BC Company.This set of systematic, scientific enterprise project management systems can be directly applied to practical work, and provide a very detailed work guide and training materials for the project management work of the company.Good guidance BC company project management to promote.
