服务型制造模式下T企业资源优化配置研究

【摘要】:我国制造业存在着劳动附加值低、资源消耗大、环境污染严重和自主创新能力不足等一系列问题,如何摆脱对低成本的依赖,在激烈的价格竞争中突出重围,是目前众多制造企业亟待解决的问题。服务型制造模式正是诞生于这样的产业环境,实施服务型制造有利于转变经济增长方式、调整产业结构、延伸企业价值链,推动中国代工向中国制造转型。 资源的合理配置和使用是企业生存和发展的关键,充足的资源能保证企业高效地运转,但同时带来的是成本的增加;资源不足又影响企业的运转。在社会经济发展的一定阶段上,相对于客户的需求而言,资源总是表现出相对的稀缺性,从而要求企业对有限的、相对稀缺的资源进行合理配置,以便用最少的资源耗费,生产出最适用的产品和服务,获取最佳的效益。服务型制造模式下研究企业资源配置的评价与优化问题对企业的生存发展具有重要的意义。 本文采用文献阅读研究法,,在阅读大量服务型制造与企业资源配置相关文献的基础上,运用相关理论,分析了服务型制造模式下企业资源配置系统的需求以及资源配置过程,分析了企业收益模式与传统收益模式的差异。针对服务型制造企业客户需求的不确定性,从服务成本、服务时间、服务满意度三个角度运用多目标规划研究了企业的资源配置方式,最后基于实证以T企业为例运用灰色层次分析法对该企业的资源配置进行了评价,评价结果可以指导企业进行资源再配置从而提高资源利用率、降低成本、增加收益,保持企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry of our country has a series of problems such as low added value of labor, large consumption of resources, serious environmental pollution and insufficient ability of independent innovation, etc. How to get rid of the dependence on low cost and break through the fierce price competition.It is an urgent problem for many manufacturing enterprises to solve.Service-oriented manufacturing model is born in such an industrial environment, the implementation of service-oriented manufacturing is conducive to change the mode of economic growth, adjust the industrial structure, extend the enterprise value chain, and promote the transformation of Chinese contract industry to Chinese manufacturing.The rational allocation and use of resources is the key to the survival and development of enterprises. Sufficient resources can ensure the efficient operation of enterprises, but at the same time bring about the increase of costs, and the shortage of resources also affects the operation of enterprises.At a certain stage of social and economic development, relative to the needs of customers, resources always show relative scarcity, which requires enterprises to allocate the limited and relatively scarce resources reasonably in order to use the least amount of resources.Produce the most suitable products and services to obtain the best benefits.It is of great significance for the survival and development of enterprises to study the evaluation and optimization of enterprise resource allocation in service manufacturing mode.On the basis of reading a lot of documents about service-oriented manufacturing and enterprise resource allocation, this paper analyzes the demand and process of enterprise resource allocation system in service-oriented manufacturing mode by using relevant theory.The difference between enterprise income model and traditional income model is analyzed.In view of the uncertainty of customer demand in service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, the resource allocation mode of enterprises is studied from three angles of service cost, service time and service satisfaction, using multi-objective programming.Finally, taking T enterprise as an example, the paper evaluates the resource allocation of T enterprise by using grey analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation result can guide the enterprise to reallocate resources so as to improve the utilization ratio of resources, reduce the cost and increase the income.Maintain the market competitiveness of enterprises.
