【摘要】：近年来,伴随中国经济的高速发展,中国对能源与资源产品的需求逐年上升。澳大利亚作为世界首屈一指的能源与资源输出国,在该领域不断开展与中国的贸易及投资合作。本论文旨在探讨中澳两国在煤炭贸易和投资领域的交流与合作,归纳总结历史演进、发展特点和未来趋势,并就进一步深化双方互惠合作提出合理建议。本文从中澳煤炭贸易与投资两个角度分别展开,论述了不同历史时期两个领域的合作特征和发展变化,结合中澳两国政府政策、学术及行业研究机构、行业专家与新闻媒体等多视角观点,着重分析了煤炭作为中澳贸易与投资中的一项重要大宗商品对两国的双边关系产生的重大影响,同时对两国就进一步深化煤炭贸易与投资合作所面临的挑战与对策进行探究,展望了未来中澳两国在煤炭领域可能产生的新合作方向与方法。全文共分为五个章节,其中第一章为导入；第二章至第四章为论文主体部分,深入回顾并具体分析和探讨中澳煤炭贸易和投资关系的历史沿革、近年来的演进趋势、以及两国在煤炭领域深化合作的机会和可执行的建议举措；第五章为全文总结。文章各章节内容安排如下：第一章为论文简介,包括论文的选题背景、研究意义、国内外文献综述及本论文采用的研究方法及技术路线。第二章厘清了煤炭的分类定义以及中澳两国煤炭市场的基本发展情况,总结两国煤炭市场未来的发展诉求。第三章论述了中澳煤炭贸易的发展历程和主要特征,分析未来新格局下中澳两国在煤炭贸易领域存在的问题和挑战,并归纳了深化双方贸易合作的建议举措。第四章回顾了中澳煤炭产业投资的历史沿革和主要特点,归纳不同时期的投资案例,并特别详细探求了兖煤澳洲的成功对中国投资澳洲煤炭产业带来的思考和启示。随后,详细总结论述了影响中澳两国煤炭产业投资的因素,并列出深化中澳煤炭投资的战略举措。第五章作为结束章节,总结归纳全文。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, China's demand for energy and resource products has increased year by year.As the world's leading exporter of energy and resources, Australia has been developing trade and investment cooperation with China in this field.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the exchanges and cooperation between China and Australia in the field of coal trade and investment, sum up historical evolution, development characteristics and future trends, and put forward reasonable suggestions for further deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.This paper discusses the characteristics and development of cooperation between the two fields in different historical periods from the perspectives of Sino-Australian coal trade and investment, and combines the policies of the Chinese and Australian governments, academic and industry research institutions.Industry experts and the news media have focused on analyzing the impact of coal, as an important commodity in Sino-Australian trade and investment, on bilateral relations between the two countries.At the same time, this paper probes into the challenges and countermeasures of further deepening the cooperation in coal trade and investment between the two countries, and looks forward to the possible new direction and methods of cooperation between China and Australia in the field of coal in the future.The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second to the fourth chapter is the main part of the thesis, the historical evolution of the coal trade and investment relationship between China and Australia, and the evolution trend of the coal trade and investment in China and Australia in recent years are reviewed and discussed in detail.And the two countries in the coal field cooperation opportunities and implementable measures; chapter five is a summary of the full text.The chapters of the article are arranged as follows:The first chapter is a brief introduction of the thesis, including the background, significance, domestic and international literature review, research methods and technical route adopted in this paper.The second chapter clarifies the classification definition of coal and the basic development of the coal market of China and Australia, and summarizes the future development demands of the two countries' coal market.The third chapter discusses the development course and main characteristics of the coal trade between China and Australia, analyzes the problems and challenges in the field of coal trade between China and Australia under the new situation in the future, and sums up some suggestions for deepening the trade cooperation between China and Australia.The fourth chapter reviews the history and main characteristics of the Chinese and Australian coal industry investment, sums up the investment cases in different periods, and especially probes into the reflection and inspiration that Yancoal Australia's success brings to China's investment in Australia's coal industry.Then, the factors influencing the investment of coal industry in China and Australia are summarized in detail, and the strategic measures to deepen the investment in coal industry in China and Australia are listed.Chapter V as the end of the chapter, summing up the full text.
