广西制造业与物流业协同发展研究

【摘要】:我国是典型的制造业大国,制造业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,在国民经济总产值中占很大比例,但我国制造业行业存在产业链短附加值低的现象。而造成这种现象的主要原因在于制造业生产、分销环节中物流业的缺失以及制造业与物流业的互动不足。因此为提高行业综合竞争力,使我国由“制造大国”转变为“制造强国”,必须优化制造业与物流业协同发展环境,加速产业结构升级,促进制造业与物流业实现协同发展。 首先,在研究协同发展相关理论的基础上,分别对广西制造业、物流业的发展现状以及两大产业的协同现状进行了分析。 其次,运用复合系统协同度模型对2005-2012广西制造业与物流业协同度进行了实证分析,分析结果表明两者的协同发展一直处于较低的水平,而且随着经济社会的发展,两大产业复合系统将一直处于动态的过程中,因此政府必须要从长远角度建立一套长效机制。通过DEA模型对2001-2012年广西制造业与物流业协同效率进行了分析,结果表明除了2012年以外,其余年份广西制造业与物流业的协同都是无效的,主要体现在:第一,广西物流业在先进设备、技术以及管理方法上与制造业所需求的物流业存在着较大的差距,无法满足快速发展制造业的需求;第二,制造业的物流外包释放不够;第三,制造业对物流业大规模投资建设方式不正确,不仅会造成资源浪费,还会导致产出减少,应该转向集约式发展模式。 最后,针对广西制造业与物流业不协同的现状提出了建议,主要包括:从政府角度,要进行观念和政策引导并构建协同发展长效机制;从制造业企业角度,要转变传统观念开展多层次的物流业务外包、建立有效的物流外包管理体系;从物流业企业角度,物流行业要提升服务能力,不同类型的物流企业应该提供不同类型的服务;从两大产业互动的角度,要依托制造业产业集群加快物流业集群的建设、推动制造业与物流业企业内部的信息化建设。
[Abstract]:China is a typical large manufacturing country. As the pillar industry of our national economy, manufacturing industry accounts for a large proportion of the total national economic output value. However, the manufacturing industry in China has the phenomenon of low short added value of industry chain.The main causes of this phenomenon are the lack of logistics in manufacturing, distribution and the lack of interaction between manufacturing and logistics.Therefore, in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry and transform our country from a "manufacturing country" to a "manufacturing power", it is necessary to optimize the coordinated development environment between manufacturing and logistics industry, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure, and promote the coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industry.First of all, on the basis of studying the related theories of cooperative development, this paper analyzes the present situation of Guangxi manufacturing industry, logistics industry and the cooperation status of the two major industries respectively.Secondly, the collaborative degree of Guangxi manufacturing industry and logistics industry in 2005-2012 is empirically analyzed by using the composite system synergy model. The results show that the cooperative development of the two systems has always been at a lower level, and with the development of economy and society,The two industrial composite systems will always be in the dynamic process, so the government must establish a long-term mechanism from a long-term perspective.This paper analyzes the synergy efficiency between manufacturing and logistics industry in Guangxi from 2001 to 2012 by using DEA model. The results show that the synergy between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Guangxi is ineffective except in 2012. The main results are as follows: first,There is a big gap between Guangxi logistics industry and the logistics industry in terms of advanced equipment, technology and management methods, which can not meet the demand of rapid development of manufacturing industry; second, the logistics outsourcing of manufacturing industry is not enough; third,The incorrect way of large-scale investment and construction of manufacturing industry in logistics industry will not only cause waste of resources, but also lead to the reduction of output. Therefore, the mode of intensive development should be turned to.Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the current situation of disharmony between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Guangxi, mainly including: from the angle of government, to guide the concept and policy and to construct the long-term mechanism of coordinated development;In order to change the traditional concept of multi-level logistics outsourcing and establish an effective logistics outsourcing management system, different types of logistics enterprises should provide different types of services from the point of view of logistics enterprises.From the point of view of the interaction between the two industries, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the logistics industry cluster by relying on the manufacturing industry cluster, and to promote the informatization construction within the manufacturing and logistics enterprises.
