集群环境下生产企业与第三方物流协同模式研究

【摘要】:快速多变的市场环境对集群企业的产品和服务提出了新的要求,集群企业间单独竞争的原始状态正逐渐向以多赢为原则的协同关系过渡。集群环境下,对生产企业与第三方物流协同模式的探索与实践,表现出了明显的现实意义和研究价值。本文以协同理论为导向,针对物流协同中最为核心的利益与风险问题进行了深入探索和研究。首先,阐述了主题的研究背景、意义、研究方法与内容及相关概念及理论基础等基本问题,以集群企业与第三方物流的关系为切入点,分析了集群企业与第三方物流的协同可行性及障碍。其次,选取石家庄装备制造基地参与企业作为研究对象,采用基于Shapley值法的利益分配机制确定了基地企业的利益分配值。再次,从风险定义、风险因素及风险特征入手,阐述了协同风险的形成机理,对协同进行了全面的风险识别,采用模糊灰色综合评估模型对集群环境下的协同风险进行了实证分析,通过风险量化模型确定了风险量化值,并结合协同的生命周期运行过程,提出了阶段性的风险控制策略。最后,在对集群企业与第三方物流协同模式中的利益与风险关系进行分析的基础上,分别构建了利益分配与风险量化线性曲线,、并结合参与企业对线性曲线的波动规律进行了验证,确定了参与企业协同选择的临界点及协同选择范围,并给出了参与企业协同选择建议。
[Abstract]:The rapid and changeable market environment puts forward new requirements for the products and services of cluster enterprises, and the original state of individual competition among cluster enterprises is gradually transitioning to a cooperative relationship based on the principle of multiple wins.Under the environment of cluster, the exploration and practice of cooperative mode between production enterprises and third party logistics shows obvious practical significance and research value.Based on the theory of coordination, this paper makes a thorough exploration and research on the most core interests and risks in logistics coordination.First of all, the research background, significance, research methods and contents, related concepts and theoretical basis of the topic are expounded, with the relationship between cluster enterprises and third party logistics as the breakthrough point.The feasibility and obstacles of cooperation between cluster enterprises and third party logistics are analyzed.Secondly, Shijiazhuang equipment manufacturing base participating enterprises are selected as the research object, and the benefit distribution value of the base enterprise is determined by the benefit distribution mechanism based on Shapley value method.Thirdly, starting with the definition of risk, risk factors and risk characteristics, the formation mechanism of synergistic risk is expounded, and the overall risk identification is carried out.The fuzzy grey comprehensive evaluation model is used to analyze the collaborative risk in the cluster environment. The risk quantification value is determined by the risk quantification model. Combined with the operation process of the collaboration life cycle, the periodic risk control strategy is put forward.Finally, based on the analysis of the relationship between interest and risk in the cooperative mode between cluster enterprises and third party logistics,The linear curve of profit distribution and risk quantification is constructed, and the fluctuation law of the linear curve is verified by the participating enterprises, and the critical point and the range of cooperative selection of participating enterprises are determined.Suggestions for collaborative selection of participating enterprises are also given.
