基于价值网的深圳电动汽车商业模式研究

【摘要】:随着电动汽车产业逐渐上升为国家战略,,大力发展电动汽车已经成为我国国内各地区省市的共识。深圳市锐意改革,创新了电动汽车商业化运营模式,并在国家补贴和地方补贴的基础上,初步建立了市场化的电动汽车商业模式,且运营良好。经过多年的发展,深圳已经成为我国电动汽车示范城市中的成功案例之一。至2012年,深圳电动汽车保有量近3000辆,在全国25个电动汽车示范城市中排名第一。因此,对于深圳市电动汽车商业模式的研究具有重要借鉴和指导意义。 本文首先对深圳市电动汽车的发展状况和现行商业模式进行了详细介绍。我们从价值链的视角出发,对深圳电动汽车商业模式中的价值链进行逐步分解,并依据价值链从价值网的理论基础,构建了深圳市电动汽车商业模式价值网。在此基础上,我们将价值网的分析视角和商业模式构成要素进行深度融合,并结合深圳电动汽车自身特点,构建了六个维度的综合评价体系。在综合评价体系中,我们考虑的维度非常全面,不仅从价值实现、价值主张、发展潜力等方面进行考虑,还从社会效益、环境效益、价值网络等方面进行了综合评价,建立了系统科学的评价模型。通过运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,我们对深圳市电动汽车商业模式运营的评价结果为64.33分。这说明深圳市电动汽车产业发展还处于初级阶段,尤其是在技术实现、价值实现等方面仍然需要不断提高。最后,基于本文的综合评价结果,并结合国内外其他国家和地区电动汽车商业模式发展经验,从价值网的视角出发,对深圳市电动汽车商业模式优化运营提出了诸多建议,希望能够对深圳市电动汽车的发展起到一定的促进作用。 本文将价值网理论运用于电动汽车商业模式研究,有助于提高我国电动汽车转变经营思路,由传统的价值链模式向智能化、系统化和网络化的价值网转变。同时,基于价值网构建的深圳电动汽车商业模式综合评价体系,对我国其他地区电动汽车发展具有较强的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric vehicle industry has gradually become a national strategy, vigorously developing electric vehicles has become the consensus of all provinces and cities in China.On the basis of state subsidy and local subsidy, Shenzhen has established a market-oriented electric vehicle business model with good operation.After years of development, Shenzhen has become one of the successful cases of electric vehicle demonstration city in China.By 2012, Shenzhen had nearly 3000 electric vehicles, ranking first among 25 demonstration cities in the country.Therefore, for the study of electric vehicle business model in Shenzhen has an important reference and guidance significance.In this paper, the development of electric vehicles in Shenzhen and the current business model are introduced in detail.From the perspective of value chain, we decompose the value chain of Shenzhen electric vehicle business model step by step, and according to the theoretical foundation of value chain from value net, we construct the value network of Shenzhen electric vehicle business model.On this basis, we combine the analysis angle of value net with the elements of business model, and combine the characteristics of Shenzhen electric vehicle, and construct a comprehensive evaluation system of six dimensions.In the comprehensive evaluation system, the dimensions we consider are very comprehensive, not only from the aspects of value realization, value proposition, development potential, but also from the social benefits, environmental benefits, value networks and so on.The evaluation model of system science is established.By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the result of our evaluation on the operation of electric vehicle business model in Shenzhen is 64.33 points.This shows that the development of electric vehicle industry in Shenzhen is still in the primary stage, especially in the technical realization, value realization and other aspects still need to continue to improve.Finally, based on the comprehensive evaluation results of this paper, combined with the development experience of other countries and regions at home and abroad, from the perspective of value net, this paper puts forward many suggestions to optimize the operation of electric vehicle business model in Shenzhen.Hope to be able to promote the development of electric vehicles in Shenzhen.In this paper, the theory of value net is applied to the study of electric vehicle business model, which is helpful to improve the thinking of electric vehicle management, from the traditional value chain model to the intelligent, systematic and networked value net.At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation system of Shenzhen electric vehicle business model based on value net has a strong reference and guidance significance for the development of electric vehicle in other regions of our country.
