【摘要】:中国经济经过近30年的高速发展,目前已经进入战略调整转型的时期。在新的宏观经济环境下,煤炭市场供大于求,销售和货款回收困难。作为传统煤炭行业的组成部分,矿建施工业务也遇到新建项目推迟、在建项目放缓、项目工程量萎缩、工程款很难到位等一系列问题,这已经明显制约了矿建企业的生存和发展。本论文针对矿建企业的面临问题,就如何加强战略研究和搞好业务定位为主要的研究对象,通过深入分析鼎能公司的外部和内部环境,对企业矿建业务定位和怎样发展进行了比较详细的探讨和研究。论文主要内容如下:分析矿建企业面临的外部环境,得出了对矿建业务有利的因素是,我国煤炭在能源消费中的主体地位未变,行业内部分企业退出减轻了行业竞争,矿建与非煤矿山、道路隧道施工相通,矿建业务具备了跨行业竞争的能力。不利的是,煤炭市场供大于求,传统矿建工程量呈下降趋势,矿建高危行业安全生产压力大,项目施工工农矛盾比较突出,矿建项目员工生产生活条件较差。分析了鼎能公司内部环境,得出企业主要优势有:具备多种施工资质,矿建业务有较高素质的专业施工队伍,区域矿建施工综合能力突出,可依托国家级技术中心平台进行技术研发,矿建施工有一定的影响力。主要劣势有:组织结构不合理,资金实力不强,人才结构不合理,企业文化整合难度较大。研究了鼎能公司矿建业务的定位和发展目标,应将矿建业务培育为企业的核心专长,使矿建业务能力转化为公司的核心竞争力。目标是将鼎能公司铸造为西南煤矿综合施工能力最强的企业之一,在地质构造复杂、灾害严重的特殊条件下施工能力领先的、具有独树一帜的矿建企业。研究了战略实施的途径,矿建业务发展在公司层通过增长性战略、在经营层通过差异化战略、在战略方法上通过战略联盟来实现。研究了实现战略目标的保障措施,应调整和优化组织结构、加强财务管理、搞好人力资源管理、强化矿建市场开发、抓好生产运营、推进企业文化建设等一系列战略保障措施,不断提升企业综合竞争力,实现鼎能公司健康持续发展。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of rapid development, China's economy has entered a period of strategic adjustment and transformation.In the new macroeconomic environment, the coal market oversupply, sales and loan recovery difficulties.As an integral part of the traditional coal industry, the mining construction business also encountered a series of problems, such as the postponement of new projects, the slowdown of projects under construction, the shrinkage of project quantities, and the difficulty in getting the project funds in place.This has obviously restricted the survival and development of mining construction enterprises.Aiming at the problems faced by the mining construction enterprises, this paper focuses on how to strengthen the strategic research and make a good job of the business orientation, and through the in-depth analysis of the external and internal environment of Ding Neng Company,The location and development of mine construction business in enterprises are discussed and studied in detail.The main contents of this paper are as follows: by analyzing the external environment faced by mining construction enterprises, it is concluded that the favorable factors for mining construction business are that the main position of coal in energy consumption in China has not changed, and some enterprises in the industry have withdrawn from the industry to reduce the competition in the industry.Mine construction and non-coal mines, road tunnel construction, mine construction business with cross-industry competition.The disadvantage is that the coal market is in excess of demand, the amount of traditional mine construction works is declining, the high risk industry of mine construction is under great pressure, the contradiction between the construction workers and the peasants is prominent, and the production and living conditions of the workers in the mine construction project are poor.By analyzing the internal environment of Dingeng Company, it is concluded that the main advantages of the enterprise are: having a variety of construction qualifications, having a professional construction team with high quality in mining construction business, and having outstanding comprehensive construction ability of regional mine construction.Can rely on national technology center platform for technology research and development, mining construction has a certain impact.The main disadvantages are: unreasonable organizational structure, weak capital strength, unreasonable talent structure, difficult integration of corporate culture.This paper studies the orientation and development goal of the mining construction business of Dingeng Company, which should be cultivated into the core specialty of the enterprise, and the ability of mine construction business can be transformed into the core competence of the company.The goal is to cast Ding Neng Company as one of the most powerful enterprises with comprehensive construction ability in southwest coal mines. It is a unique mining construction enterprise with leading construction capacity under the special conditions of complex geological structure and serious disasters.This paper studies the ways to implement the strategy. The development of mine construction business is realized through the growth strategy at the company level, the differentiation strategy at the management level, and the strategic alliance by the strategic method.This paper studies the guarantee measures to achieve the strategic goal, and should adjust and optimize the organization structure, strengthen the financial management, improve the management of human resources, strengthen the development of the mining construction market, do a good job in the production and operation, and promote the construction of the enterprise culture, etc.Constantly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of Dingeng Company.
