中国光伏产业贸易结构研究

【摘要】：长久以来,传统不可再生能源为世界经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,伴随着产量越来越少,其也带来了诸如全球气候变暖、温室效应等环境问题。太阳能技术是直接把太阳能转换成电能,不会产生污染环境的温室气体,而且太阳能资源取之不尽,在世界各地都可加以利用。太阳能因其具有的独特优势,越来越受到世界各国的青睐。中国光伏产业作为一种新兴产业,2003年以来,对外贸易一直保持净出口,且差额逐年扩大。目前,中国已跻身世界四大光伏之国行列。中国虽已成为光伏大国,但不是光伏强国。为了光伏产业健康持续发展,许多问题亟待解决。本文通过对中国光伏产品的进出口总额、产品结构、市场结构进行研究,利用分散度指数、结构变化指数、产业内贸易指数、显示性比较优势指数对我国光伏产业的对外贸易结构进行评价。研究得出我国光伏产业进出口产品集中在少数几类产品上,进出口市场相对集中,容易受到别国市场及政策的影响,存在较大的贸易风险。本文基于钻石模型,对影响光伏产业发展因素：生产要素状况、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略、结构与同业竞争、政府和机遇几方面进行了研究,并为提高我国光伏产品的贸易竞争力,优化我国光伏产品的出口贸易结构,提出了相应的对策。
[Abstract]:For a long time, traditional non-renewable energy has made great contribution to the development of world economy.However, with less and less production, it also brings environmental problems such as global warming and Greenhouse Effect.Solar energy technology is a greenhouse gas that converts solar energy directly into electric energy and will not pollute the environment. Solar energy resources are inexhaustible and can be used all over the world.Solar energy is more and more popular in the world because of its unique advantages.China's photovoltaic industry as a new industry, since 2003, the foreign trade has maintained a net export, and the gap has been expanding year by year.At present, China has become one of the four largest photovoltaic countries in the world.China has become a photovoltaic country, but not a photovoltaic power.For the sustainable development of photovoltaic industry, many problems need to be solved.In this paper, the total import and export volume, product structure and market structure of photovoltaic products in China are studied, and the dispersion index, structural change index, intra-industry trade index are used.The foreign trade structure of photovoltaic industry in China is evaluated by the index of comparative advantage.It is concluded that the import and export products of China's photovoltaic industry are concentrated on a few kinds of products and the import and export markets are relatively concentrated, which is easy to be influenced by the markets and policies of other countries, and there is a great trade risk.Based on the diamond model, this paper studies the factors affecting the development of photovoltaic industry: production factors, demand conditions, related and supportive industries, enterprise strategy, structure and industry competition, government and opportunities.In order to improve the trade competitiveness of China's photovoltaic products and optimize the export structure of China's photovoltaic products, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
