【摘要】:近年来,航空工业改革逐渐成为主旋律,而作为改革调节杠杆,薪酬制度改革势在必行。作为中国航空一员的DA公司,薪酬管理仍然实行传统的计划工资管理体制,与现代企业要求存有距离,因此,对DA公司薪酬体系研究非常必要。本文主要从以下方面进行了研究。首先通过调查剖析DA公司薪酬制度及薪酬体系方面存在的问题,对公司薪酬结构进行设计,进一步完善绩效考核体系,设计出更合理的薪酬制度,有利于激发员工的积极性。其次,健全薪酬安全制度和措施,确保新的薪酬制度顺利实施。最后,制定与组织结构相匹配的公司薪酬策略和方案,最大限度地发挥人力资本价值并促其增值,转化为公司的经济效益,为公司可持续发展服务。本论文研究成果也将对其他国企建立现代薪酬体系具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, aviation industry reform has gradually become the main melody, and as a lever of reform, salary system reform is imperative.As a member of China Airlines DA Company still implements the traditional planned wage management system which is far from the requirements of modern enterprises. Therefore it is very necessary to study the compensation system of DA Company.This article mainly carries on the research from the following aspects.Firstly, by investigating and analyzing the problems in the compensation system and compensation system of DA Company, the paper designs the compensation structure of the company, further improves the performance appraisal system and designs a more reasonable compensation system, which is helpful to stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees.Second, improve the salary safety system and measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the new compensation system.Finally, we should make the compensation strategy and scheme matching the organizational structure, maximize the value of human capital and promote its appreciation, and turn it into the economic benefit of the company, and serve the sustainable development of the company.The research results of this paper will also be useful for other SOEs to establish modern compensation system.
