广西南华糖业发展战略研究

【摘要】:经济全球化背景下,广西制糖行业机遇与挑战并存,集团化的发展使得企业具备了规模优势,但同时亦面临着集团管理和国际竞争的风险。随着中国—东盟自贸区日益完善,作为中国制糖业的主要力量—广西制糖企业如何整合企业内部资源、充分利用国际市场提高行业竞争力成为当前值得研究的重要课题。 本论文基于广西南华糖业现状,运用战略管理基本理论和PEST、五力分析等工具,对其宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境进行分析。依托SWOT分析方法,研究广西南华糖业当前拥有的主要优势:规模效益、市场份额高和综合利用好,分析直面的主要机遇:鼓励集团规模发展、实施经济发展走出去战略和中国—东盟自贸区发展契机,研究存在的主要劣势:原料发展压力大和国际核心竞争力不强,分析面临的主要威胁:进口食糖挤压市场和替代品市场威胁。 在此基础上,列举SWOT矩阵为广西南华糖业进行战略匹配与抉择,试制定未来五年发展战略,提出其应确定一体化战略为总体实施战略,并积极实施循环经济、成本领先和国际联盟等业务战略。此外,论文还针对战略的实施策划了规模扩张、综合利用、技改升级和跨国经营等具体策略,并提出了组织保障、文化保障和资源保障等支撑措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, Guangxi sugar industry has both opportunities and challenges. The development of collectivization makes enterprises have the advantage of scale, but they also face the risk of group management and international competition.With the consummation of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, as the main force of China's sugar industry, how to integrate the enterprise's internal resources and make full use of the international market to improve the competitiveness of the industry has become an important issue worth studying at present.Based on the present situation of sugar industry in Nanhua of Guangxi, this paper analyzes the macro environment, industry environment and competition environment by using the basic theory of strategic management and the tools of pest and five forces analysis.Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper studies the main advantages of the sugar industry in Nanhua, Guangxi: scale benefit, high market share and comprehensive utilization, and analyzes the main opportunities to face the problem: encouraging the development of the group scale.The main disadvantages of the research on the implementation of the strategy of economic development going global and the development opportunity of China-ASEAN Free Trade area are: the pressure of raw material development is great and the international core competitiveness is not strong.Analysis of the main threats: import sugar squeeze market and substitute market threats.On this basis, this paper enumerates the SWOT matrix to make strategic matching and choice for the sugar industry of Nanhua in Guangxi, tries to draw up the development strategy for the next five years, and puts forward that the integration strategy should be determined as the overall implementation strategy, and the circular economy should be actively implemented.Cost leading and League of Nations and other business strategies.In addition, the paper also plans specific strategies for the implementation of the strategy, such as scale expansion, comprehensive utilization, technical upgrading and transnational management, and puts forward supporting measures such as organizational security, cultural security and resource security.
