河南省速冻食品行业发展问题研究

【摘要】：河南省地处中原,农业发达,作为粮食大省的同时也成为了中国的速冻食品第一省。在龙头企业的带领下,不断涌现出一批批中小型速冻食品企业,但是随着行业内部竞争加剧,速冻食品企业之间呈现出激烈的白炽化竞争状态,价格战随处可见。河南省速冻食品行业发展速度开始放缓,因此当务之急就是要找出河南省速冻食品行业的发展问题,及时予以解决,打造自己的核心竞争力,继续引领整个速冻食品行业的发展。本文首先介绍了该项研究的背景,意义及研究的思路和方法,同时梳理了行业发展方面的研究情况以及食品行业的相关研究现状,从而找出本项研究的切入点,即对于速冻食品的行业环境和河南省速冻食品企业自身两个大方向进行研究。在梳理了相关研究现状之后,接着分析了河南省速冻食品行业的发展以及现状,进而从多个角度对当前的河南省速冻食品行业形势进行分析,并找出了存在的问题：行业整体环境问题,行业内企业自身发展战略问题以及河南省速冻食品行业分销渠道问题,从而得出了我们需要向国外速冻食品行业较发达的国家进行学习。进而又分析了速冻食品行业比较发达的美国和日本,通过分析他们的发展过程和现状,找出了他们的发展经验和启示,指明了对我们河南省速冻食品行业进行改革的启示和借鉴。在了解河南省速冻食品行业需要从哪些方面进行调整和改变之后,本文提出了自己对于河南省速冻食品行业能够更好发展的建议和对策：丰富产品种类、直接与消费者沟通、发展快餐业、开展网络营销、实行“产地销”模式等等。希望本文提出的这些建议能够对河南省速冻食品行业未来的发展有一定的积极意义。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is located in the Central Plains and developed in agriculture. As a big grain province, Henan Province has also become the first province of frozen food in China at the same time.Under the leadership of leading enterprises, batch of small and medium-sized frozen food enterprises have been emerging, but with the intensification of competition within the industry, the fierce competition between frozen food enterprises presents a fierce state of incandescent competition, and price wars can be seen everywhere.The speed of the development of the frozen food industry in Henan Province has begun to slow down. Therefore, it is imperative to find out the development problems of the frozen food industry in Henan Province, to solve them in a timely manner, and to build their own core competitiveness.Continue to lead the development of the whole frozen food industry.This paper first introduces the background, significance and research ideas and methods of the research, at the same time combing the research situation of the industry development and food industry research status, so as to find out the breakthrough point of this research.Namely, the industry environment of frozen food and the two main directions of Henan province quick frozen food enterprises are studied.After combing the relevant research status, then analyzed the development and current situation of the frozen food industry in Henan Province, and then analyzed the current situation of the frozen food industry in Henan Province from a number of angles.And found out the existing problems: the industry as a whole environmental problems, the development strategy of enterprises in the industry and Henan Province frozen food industry distribution channels,Thus we need to learn from the more developed countries in the frozen food industry abroad.And then analyzed the United States and Japan, where the frozen food industry is relatively developed, and through the analysis of their development process and current situation, found out their development experience and enlightenment.It points out the inspiration and reference to the reform of frozen food industry in Henan Province.After understanding which aspects of the frozen food industry in Henan Province should be adjusted and changed, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the better development of the frozen food industry in Henan Province: enriching the product types, communicating directly with consumers,Develop fast food industry, carry out network marketing, implement "origin marketing" model and so on.It is hoped that these suggestions can be helpful to the future development of frozen food industry in Henan Province.
