【摘要】:作为一家刚刚成立的跨国医药公司,A公司致力于将最佳的治疗选择及病患更好的生活质量带到中国。本文聚焦的是其产品线中的一款麻醉剂(气体),处在同类型产品的高端市场,属于高值耗材。因为医药耗材已经成为患者医疗支出中的重要部分,所以该产品在带给患者更加舒适的手术以及更佳生活质量的同时,也增加了患者的医疗相关支出,虽然对患者及医疗有所贡献,但无形中也加剧了社会“看病难、看病贵”的现实。本文的研究内容及结果,不但对于高值耗材市场及相关企业的发展有着借鉴意义,同时,对于解决“看病难、看病贵”中的关于耗材支出环节,也有着一定的参考意义。本文的相关内容与分析完全基于实际工作,结合MBA的基础理论知识,将分为“绪论”,“宏观分析”,“行业分析”“企业分析”以及“处方链”和“结论”这六部分来,运用多种分析工具,从多个角度进行深层次剖析,使得到的结论有理有据,同时也有着较强的参考及借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As a newly established multinational pharmaceutical company, company A is committed to bringing the best treatment options and better quality of life to patients in China.This article focuses on an anesthetic in its product line, which belongs to high-value consumables in the high-end market of the same type of products.Because medical consumables have become an important part of patients' medical expenses, this product not only provides patients with more comfortable surgery and better quality of life, but also increases patients' medical-related expenses.Although it contributes to patients and medical treatment, it also intensifies the social reality of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor."The research contents and results of this paper not only have reference significance for the development of high value consumables market and related enterprises, but also have certain reference significance for solving the expenditure link of consumables in "difficult to see a doctor, expensive to see a doctor".The relevant contents and analysis of this paper are based on the actual work, combined with the basic theoretical knowledge of MBA, which will be divided into six parts: "introduction", "macroscopic analysis", "industry analysis", "enterprise analysis" and "prescription chain" and "conclusion".By using a variety of analytical tools, this paper makes a deep analysis from many angles, which makes the conclusion reasonable and has a strong reference and reference significance at the same time.
