【摘要】:随着我国经济的飞速发展,改革开放的不断深化,水泥工业也发展迅速。由于粗放的经济发展方式带来了资源过度消耗、环境严重破坏等问题,中国水泥行业产能过剩、恶性竞争等状况,又受到经济危机的影响,水泥行业的发展受到了严重的制约。 冀东水泥吉林分公司是由唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司与吉林松江水泥厂水泥系统优良资产实施重组于2000年注册成立的,生产江城牌、盾石牌系列水泥,公司的水泥被广泛应用于城市项目、公路、房地产等重要项目,但是公司也面临产能过剩、消费不足等问题。 基于这种情况,本文根据SWOT模型,分析了企业所面临的宏观环境和内部环境,将企业所面临的外部机遇、挑战和内部优势、劣势进行匹配组合,制定出战略方针和战略目标。从优化组织结构、健全财务管理制度、人力资源管理策略、技术革新和产品研发策略、市场营销及市场开发策略、构建企业文化、信息化策略方面,制定了企业战略实施策略,为企业战略目标的实现提供了相应的策略支撑。并综合前面的所有分析提出企业战略组合,将战略联盟作为总体战略。将品牌战略作为长期发展战略。将这两个战略与市场开发战略、优化组织结构、降低成本、提高管理效率相结合,根据企业所处的内外部环境的具体情况进行合理的选择。 本文以吉林冀东水泥有限公司发展战略研究为课题,以实践为主、理论为辅,结合国家宏观调控政策、水泥行业内的激烈竞争现状,借鉴国际、国内水泥行业发展的历程,,运用战略管理理论,制定相应的企业发展战略,以达到增强企业的竞争力、实现企业的持续生存和发展、推动我国水泥产业良性发展的目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, cement industry is also developing rapidly.Due to the excessive consumption of resources and serious damage to the environment caused by extensive economic development, the development of cement industry in China has been seriously restricted by the situation of overcapacity, vicious competition and economic crisis.Jidong cement Jilin Branch was established in 2000 by Tangshan Jidong cement Co., Ltd. and Jilin Songjiang cement Plant cement system excellent assets. It produces Jiangcheng brand, shield stone series cement,Cement is widely used in urban projects, roads, real estate and other important projects, but the company also faces overcapacity, insufficient consumption and other problems.Based on this situation, according to the SWOT model, this paper analyzes the macro environment and internal environment faced by enterprises, combines the external opportunities, challenges, internal strengths and weaknesses faced by enterprises, and formulates the strategic policy and strategic objectives.From the aspects of optimizing organizational structure, perfecting financial management system, human resource management strategy, technology innovation and product research and development strategy, marketing and market development strategy, constructing enterprise culture and information strategy, this paper formulates the implementation strategy of enterprise strategy.It provides the corresponding strategy support for the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise.The strategic alliance is regarded as the overall strategy.Brand strategy as a long-term development strategy.Combining the two strategies with the market development strategy, optimizing the organization structure, reducing the cost and improving the management efficiency, the reasonable choice is made according to the specific situation of the internal and external environment of the enterprise.In this paper, the development strategy of Jilin Jidong cement Co., Ltd. is the subject of study, mainly based on practice, supplemented by theory, combined with the national macro-control policy, the current situation of fierce competition in the cement industry, and the history of the development of domestic and international cement industry.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, realize the sustainable survival and development of enterprises and promote the benign development of China's cement industry, the corresponding development strategies of enterprises are formulated by using the theory of strategic management.
