六西格玛管理在C企业(化妆品企业)生产质量管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:化妆品行业属于快速消费品行业,是一个以质量和客户服务为生命的产业。产品具有生产密集和高质量要求,产品周转周期短等特点,对于产品的质量要求非常的高,任何一个缺陷都意味着资金的流失和客户忠诚度的降低,没有一个好的质量体系和生产管理方法已经很难实现企业的正常运行和长足发展。因此各种各样的质量管理方法和生产运营理念被引入各个企业,六西格玛管理就是其中最炙手可热的一个。 六西格玛(6σ)概念由全面质量管理方法演变而来,建立在世界众多管理大师的理论以及世界成功企业的卓越实践基础上。经过在摩托罗拉、通用电气的发展,和世界500强跨国企业的实践和优化,使之不再仅是一个品质管理方法,逐渐成为一种提高企业业绩与竞争力的管理模式。应用六西格玛管理成为世界上追求管理卓越的企业共识,虽然他已经在电子和汽车行业取得了优秀的成绩,但是在化妆品的应用仍然在起步阶段,且在应用的过程中,存在着严重的经验不足,水土不服,成效偏低等众多问题。 本文通过对六西格玛管理的研究,结合化妆品行业特点和c企业生产运营中的实际难题,参阅国内外众多生产管理的卓越理论和实践,取长补短,创新性的提出精益生产思想、零缺陷思想和六西格玛管理相结合的新型的c企业六西格玛管理推广形式,使用六西格玛的DMAIC模型进行项目管理和实践,并且以C企业生产管理中的一个实际问题为例进行阐述和解决,验证其有效性。实践证明此新模型是适合c企业特点的,他有效的解决了c企业的实际问题。对于六西格玛管理在化妆品企业的后续推广,提供了一定的借鉴和指导意义,为中国制造业向着世界先进水平努力的征程中,也贡献了自己的一份力量。
[Abstract]:Cosmetics industry is a fast-moving consumer goods industry, is a quality and customer service for the life of the industry.The product has the characteristics of intensive production and high quality, short product turnover period, and so on. Any defect means the loss of funds and the decrease of customer loyalty.Without a good quality system and production management methods, it is difficult to realize the normal operation and rapid development of enterprises.Therefore, a variety of quality management methods and production and operation concepts have been introduced into various enterprises, six Sigma Management is one of the hottest.The concept of six Sigma 6 蟽) evolved from the total quality management method and was based on the theories of many world management masters and the outstanding practice of successful enterprises in the world.Through the development of Motorola, GE, and the practice and optimization of the top 500 multinational enterprises in the world, it is no longer just a quality management method, and has gradually become a management mode to improve the performance and competitiveness of enterprises.The application of six Sigma Management has become the common sense of the world in the pursuit of management excellence. Although he has made outstanding achievements in the electronics and automotive industries, the application of cosmetics is still in its infancy and in the process of application.There are serious lack of experience, water and soil, low effectiveness and many other problems.Through the study of six Sigma management, combined with the characteristics of cosmetics industry and the practical problems in the production and operation of c enterprises, this paper refers to many outstanding theories and practices of production management at home and abroad, and puts forward the idea of lean production innovatively.A new type of C enterprise six sigma management extension form, which combines zero defect theory and six sigma management, uses DMAIC model of six sigma to carry out project management and practice.And take a practical problem in C enterprise production management as an example to explain and solve, verify its validity.The practice proves that the new model is suitable for the characteristics of c enterprises, and it effectively solves the practical problems of c enterprises.Six Sigma management in the follow-up promotion of cosmetics enterprises, provide a certain reference and guidance, for China's manufacturing industry to the world's advanced level of the journey, but also contributed to their own strength.
