X公司太阳能电池制造过程质量控制研究

【摘要】:太阳能电池制造是指将硅片通过清洗、扩散、镀膜、印刷和烧结等工序,制作成为太阳能电池的过程,其生产过程的质量控制是提高产品质量和企业核心竞争力的基础。本文拟通过对X公司太阳能电池生产过程质量控制的优化研究,探索出一套查找关键工序和质量控制点、分析质量控制问题、制定对应措施、提高产品质量的方法,为其他制造类企业的质量控制优化提供一个鲜活的案例。 本文以X公司太阳能电池制造过程的质量控制为研究对象通过SW0T分析法分析X公司的质量管理现状;通过直方图法分析影响太阳能电池质量的关键工序和关键质量控制点;通过因果图法研究关键工序和主要质量控制点对太阳能电池片质量的影响;通过PDCA法设计出对应的预防和控制措施,减少产品质量问题的发生。论文主要研究内容如下: (1)X公司加强质量管理、改善质量控制方法的重要性和紧迫性研究。通过分析光伏产业的行业现状和发展趋势,研究X公司所处的内外部环境,提出加强质量控制是太阳能电池制造企业在光伏行业整合重组阶段,保存自身、提高产品质量和市场竞争力的重要手段。 (2)X公司太阳能电池制造过程关键质量影响因素的研究。以X公司太阳能电池生产制造过程为例,在系统分析X公司质量管理现状、太阳能电池生产流程和太阳能电池关键质量影响因子的基础上,通过直方图、4MlE、因果图等方法识别X公司太阳能电池制造过程的关键工序和质量控制点,并对生产过程中的主要质量问题进行分析归纳。 (3)X公司太阳能电池制造过程质量改进方案的设计与实施研究。以X公司太阳能电池制造过程中的关键生产工序、关键质量控制点和主要质量管理问题为研究对象,设计、制定对应的质量控制和预防措施,确保X公司生产的太阳能电池达到预定质量目标,满足客户潜在要求。 本文的创新之处在于将关键质量控制点的概念引入太阳能电池制造企业的日常生产中,使得企业能够将有限的资源更多的用于关键工序和质量控制点的管理控制中,减少由于开展全过程质量控制所产生的边际效应和资源浪费,更好的实现了产品质量的提升。
[Abstract]:Solar cell manufacturing refers to the process of making silicon wafers into solar cells by cleaning, diffusion, coating, printing and sintering. The quality control of the production process is the basis to improve the quality of products and the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, through the optimization research on the quality control of solar cell production process in X Company, a set of methods to find key processes and quality control points, to analyze quality control problems, to formulate corresponding measures and to improve product quality are explored. Provide a fresh case for quality control optimization of other manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the quality control of solar cell manufacturing process in X Company is taken as the research object. The current situation of quality management in X Company is analyzed by SW0T analysis, and the key processes and key quality control points that affect the quality of solar cell are analyzed by histogram method. The effect of key processes and main quality control points on the quality of solar cells was studied by causality diagram, and the corresponding prevention and control measures were designed by PDCA method to reduce the occurrence of product quality problems. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: Research on the importance and urgency of strengthening quality Management and improving quality Control methods in the company. By analyzing the current situation and developing trend of photovoltaic industry, the paper studies the internal and external environment of X Company, and puts forward that strengthening quality control is the stage of solar cell manufacturing enterprises' integration and reorganization in photovoltaic industry, and it preserves itself. An important means of improving product quality and market competitiveness. Study on the key quality factors of Solar Cell Manufacturing process in Guan2 X Co., Ltd. Taking the manufacturing process of solar cells in X Company as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of quality management in X Company, the production process of solar cells and the key quality influencing factors of solar cells. The key processes and quality control points of solar cell manufacturing process in X Company are identified by means of histogram 4MlE and causality diagram, and the main quality problems in the production process are analyzed and summarized. The Design and implementation of quality improvement Scheme for Solar Cell Manufacturing process of Y3 X Co., Ltd. Taking the key production process, key quality control points and main quality management problems in the solar cell manufacturing process of X Company as the research object, the corresponding quality control and prevention measures are designed and worked out. Ensure that X solar cells meet scheduled quality goals and meet potential customer requirements. The innovation of this paper lies in introducing the concept of critical quality control point into the daily production of solar cell manufacturing enterprises, which enables enterprises to use more limited resources in the management and control of key processes and quality control points. By reducing the marginal effect and waste of resources caused by the whole process quality control, the product quality can be improved better.
