中国汽车企业赶获型技术创新路径研究

【摘要】:中国汽车从1953年有了第一家汽车制造厂开始,至今经过六十多年的发展,已获得了举世瞩目的成绩。2012年中国成为世界汽车第一大生产国和消费国,但繁荣的景象下却是关键技术落后、依赖国外技术的局面。中国是一个世界汽车大国,但却不是汽车强国。汽车强国之所以能够创造出世界领先的产品,是因为其拥有坚实的研发基础、大量的研发团队和世界一流的大学。对于经济技术落后的国家,如果走同样的技术创新路径,领先国家构筑的专利标准和技术壁垒就会使其失去很多发展空间。大量的文献和研究显示,技术上比较落后的国家,虽然品牌影响力和技术实力都比不上领先国家,但在创新中也有优势可言,他们的创新成本低、学习速度快、风险小。这就是本文要跟大家介绍的赶获型技术创新,发展中国家的企业技术现状采用赶获型技术创新的路径切实可行,并且比直接原创成功率高。先通过模仿,,做以小规模的创新和成本创新,获得大规模的市场份额,积累实力,确立自主创新目标,然后通过合作学习高端技术,扩展市场空间。从这个角度来说,先走低端市场的路径要比直接面向高端市场的路径更为稳健,后者会面临技术壁垒、反倾销诉讼的弊端,巨大的技术投资和风险也是难以承受的。提高中国汽车企业技术创新能力,选择合适的技术创新路径,对于中国汽车实现由大变强起着至关重要的作用。 本文依据技术创新的相关理论,归纳和借鉴各类创新模式和路径,从与赶超型技术创新的区别入手,对赶获型技术创新进行定义、建模和路径检验。首先在绪论部分介绍了研究背景、意义、方法、内容和思路。第一章概述相关理论基础,介绍赶获的概念起源,在此基础上对中国汽车企业的技术创新路径进行综述。第二章介绍赶获型技术创新的现象、概念及特征,并总结与赶超型技术创新的区别,建立赶获型技术创新路径模型。第三章选取具有代表性的中国民营汽车企业吉利做赶获型技术创新路径特征分析,检验赶获型技术创新路径的可行性和可靠性。第四章谈中国汽车企业遵循赶获型技术创新路径的必要性与可行性并展开进一步探讨。第五章介绍所做的主要工作和文章的不足,谈对这一领域的研究展望。
[Abstract]:After more than 60 years of development, China has achieved remarkable results since 1953, when it became the world's first automobile manufacturer. In 2012, China became the world's largest producer and consumer of automobiles. But the prosperity scene is the key technology backward, relying on foreign technology situation. China is a big automobile country in the world, but it is not an automobile power. The automobile power is able to create the world's leading products because of its solid R & D base, a large number of R & D teams and world-class universities. For the economically and technologically backward countries, if they follow the same path of technological innovation, the patent standards and technical barriers constructed by the leading countries will make them lose a lot of development space. A large number of literature and studies show that the countries with relatively backward technology, although the brand influence and technical strength are not compared with the leading countries, but there are advantages in innovation, their innovation costs are low, learning speed, risk is small. This is the technology innovation to be introduced in this paper. The technology status of enterprises in developing countries is feasible to adopt the technology innovation of catch type, and the success rate is higher than that of direct original technology innovation. Through imitation, small scale innovation and cost innovation, we can gain large-scale market share, accumulate strength, and establish the goal of independent innovation. Then, we can expand the market space by cooperating to learn high-end technology. From this point of view, the first low-end market path is more robust than the one directly facing the high-end market, the latter will face technical barriers, anti-dumping litigation shortcomings, huge technology investment and risk is also unbearable. It is very important to improve the technological innovation ability of Chinese automobile enterprises and choose the appropriate technological innovation path for the realization of Chinese automobile from big to strong. Based on the relevant theories of technological innovation, this paper sums up and draws lessons from all kinds of innovation modes and paths, starts with the difference between catching up and catching up technological innovation, and then defines, models and verifies the path of catch-up technology innovation. First of all, the introduction introduces the research background, significance, methods, contents and ideas. The first chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical basis, introduces the origin of the concept of capture, and then summarizes the technological innovation path of Chinese automobile enterprises. The second chapter introduces the phenomenon, concept and characteristics of the technology innovation of catching up, and summarizes the differences between the technology innovation of catching up and the type of technology innovation of catching up, and establishes the model of the path of technological innovation of the type of catching up. The third chapter selects the representative Chinese private automobile enterprise Geely to do the characteristic analysis of the technology innovation path of the catch type, tests the feasibility and the reliability of the technology innovation path of the catch type. The fourth chapter discusses the necessity and feasibility of Chinese automobile enterprises following the technology innovation path of catch-up. The fifth chapter introduces the main work done and the deficiency of the article, and discusses the prospect of the research in this field.
