山东省电子信息产业集群竞争力研究

【摘要】：电子信息产业具有技术含量高、附加值高、污染少、潜力大以及对经济社会发展带动作用大等特点，是国民经济的战略性、基础性和先导性支柱产业。电子信息产业的壮大发展对于我国的经济社会发展具有十分重要的作用。山东是我国的电子信息产业大省，无论是产业规模还是研发能力，产业优势都十分明显，省内已经形成了具有一定规模的电子信息产业集群。目前，山东省电子信息产业集群正面临着新的挑战和战略机遇。进一步打造山东省电子信息产业集群竞争力，对迅速实现电子信息技术突破和产业发展，抢占技术和人才制高点，提升全省的整体创新能力，巩固全省经济可持续发展能力和核心竞争力具有战略意义。本文对“山东省电子信息产业集群竞争力”进行了深入的研究和探讨。文章首先介绍了课题的研究背景、意义和国内外研究实际情况，为更深入的研究作了必要的理论铺垫。然后对电子信息产业、产业集群以及产业集群竞争力的相关概念进行了概述。同时，简要介绍了我国电子信息产业的发展情况。在此基础上结合电子信息产业的特点，设计了基于GEM模型的电子信息产业集群竞争力评价指标体系。随后，运用GEM竞争力分析方法对目前山东省电子信息产业集群的竞争力进行综合评价，并与国内其他电子信息产业集群的竞争力进行对比。最后，，得出结论并对结论进行了综合分析，对山东省电子信息产业集群竞争力的进一步提高提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:Electronic information industry is a strategic, basic and leading industry of the national economy, which is characterized by high technology content, high added value, less pollution, great potential and great driving effect on economic and social development. The development of electronic information industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Shandong is a big province of electronic information industry in our country. Whether it is industrial scale or R & D capability, the industrial advantage is very obvious, and the electronic information industry cluster with certain scale has been formed in the province. At present, Shandong electronic information industry cluster is facing new challenges and strategic opportunities. To further build the competitiveness of electronic and information industry clusters in Shandong Province, to rapidly realize the breakthrough of electronic information technology and industrial development, to seize the commanding heights of technology and talents, and to enhance the overall innovation ability of the whole province, It is of strategic significance to consolidate the ability of sustainable economic development and core competitiveness of the province. In this paper, the competitiveness of Shandong electronic information industry cluster has been deeply studied and discussed. This paper first introduces the research background, significance and the actual situation of the research at home and abroad, and makes the necessary theoretical foundation for further research. Then it summarizes the related concepts of electronic information industry, industrial cluster and industrial cluster competitiveness. At the same time, it briefly introduces the development of electronic information industry in China. Combined with the characteristics of electronic information industry, this paper designs the competitiveness evaluation index system of electronic information industry cluster based on GEM model. Then, the competitiveness of Shandong electronic information industry cluster is comprehensively evaluated by using GEM competitiveness analysis method, and compared with that of other electronic information industry clusters in China. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion and makes a comprehensive analysis of the conclusion, and puts forward some policy suggestions for further improving the competitiveness of electronic information industry cluster in Shandong Province.
