G公司库存管理改善

【摘要】：自从中国加入世界贸易组织后,中国纺织业也很快融入了世界广阔的市场和激烈的竞争中。越来越多的企业面临着质量、成本、交货期等多方面的压力。市场的竞争已由企业间的竞争上升为供应链之间的竞争,企业如何在竞争激烈的市场中保持优势,就必须在快速响应和满足市场需求的基础上有效的控制库存,降低企业运营成本。通过借鉴其他企业的库存管理经验,采用科学的库存管理策略和方法,将有效降低企业库存,减少运营成本,使企业在市场中保持优势地位。本文以纺织企业G公司为研究对象。首先,介绍了选题背景和国内外库存管理研究的现状。其次,阐述了库存管理理论和供应链库存控制的相关方法。接着,对G公司的管理现状和存在问题做分析和研究。然后,提出G公司库存管理问题的改善方案,并对方案实施做了效果预估。最后,对本文做回顾和总结,并对未来的进行展望。本文运用所学理论知识,结合公司实际状况,面对G公司库存管理方面存在的问题,提出了科学的需求预测方法,实行VMI和JIT策略,及在库存管理中运用条形码技术的四个改善方案,有效的改进公司库存水平高、库存周转率低,仓库管理绩效低等问题。同时,希望通过对G公司的案例研究,为同类型公司在库存管理改善方面提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, China's textile industry has been rapidly integrated into the world wide market and fierce competition. More and more enterprises are facing the pressure of quality, cost, delivery date and so on. The competition in the market has been increased from the competition among enterprises to the competition between supply chains. How to keep the advantage in the competitive market, enterprises must control inventory effectively on the basis of quick response and meeting the market demand. Reduce the operating cost of the enterprise. By using other enterprises' inventory management experience for reference and adopting scientific inventory management strategies and methods, it will effectively reduce enterprise inventory, reduce operating costs, and enable enterprises to maintain their dominant position in the market. This paper takes G company of textile enterprise as the research object. First, it introduces the background of the topic and the current situation of inventory management research at home and abroad. Secondly, the theory of inventory management and the relevant methods of supply chain inventory control are expounded. Then, the management status and existing problems of G Company are analyzed and studied. Then, the improvement scheme of G company inventory management problem is put forward, and the effect of implementation is forecasted. Finally, this article is reviewed and summarized, and the future is prospected. Based on the theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of the company, this paper puts forward a scientific demand forecasting method and carries out the VMI and JIT strategies in the face of the existing problems in the inventory management of G Company. And the four improvement schemes using bar code technology in inventory management can effectively improve the company's high inventory level, low inventory turnover, low warehouse management performance, and so on. At the same time, I hope to provide reference for the improvement of inventory management of the same company through the case study of G Company.
