E电气公司可持续发展的差异化战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球气候变暖,世界范围内绿色经济正在兴起,很多国家大幅增加投入,用以支持节能环保、低碳技术及新能源等领域创新发展。在我国,伴随着国内经济的大力发展,在电力、能源、环保等方面的投资与日俱增,同时,国家对中小企业的重视程度提高到一个新阶段。E电气公司迎来了前所未有的发展时机,但是,随着电力自动化技术的进步,以及行业竞争环境的变化,公司原有的发展战略已经无法适应其动态环境,可持续发展受到威胁,因此急需对公司的战略进行调整。本文通过战略管理知识来分析E电气公司的未来发展战略,力求能够为该公司的战略决策起到一定参考作用。 本文首先梳理和总结了E电气公司当前所面临的不可持续发展问题,以及进行战略调整的必要性。然后综合运用PEST和波特五力模型,通过对公司的外部宏观环境、产业竞争环境以及企业内部资源的分析,阐明了E电气公司符合施行差异化战略的条件,公司多方面的优势为差异化战略的实施奠定了基础,继而通过与成本领先战略、集中战略的对比,提出差异化战略是E电气公司的必然选择。在此基础上,运用SWOT分析法对E电气公司的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行全面分析,结合主要竞争对手的战略剖析,明确了符合该公司的差异化战略规划方案。最后,从品质、产品和服务等方面提出了差异化战略的实施方法和保障措施,以确保E电气公司的战略顺利施行。 本文的研究结论对E电气公司发展战略的制定和实施具有实用价值,同时对国内其他电力自动化企业具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With global warming, the global green economy is emerging, and many countries have significantly increased investment to support energy conservation, low-carbon technologies and new energy innovation. In China, with the vigorous development of the domestic economy, the investment in electricity, energy, environmental protection is increasing day by day. At the same time, The state attaches importance to small and medium-sized enterprises to a new stage. E Electric Company ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development. However, with the progress of power automation technology and the changes in the competitive environment of the industry, The company's original development strategy has been unable to adapt to its dynamic environment, sustainable development is threatened, so it is urgent to adjust the company's strategy. This paper analyzes the future development strategy of E Electric Company through strategic management knowledge, and tries to play a certain reference role in the strategic decision of E Electric Company. At first, this paper summarizes the problem of unsustainable development faced by E Electric Company and the necessity of strategic adjustment. Then, by using PEST and Porter's five-force model, through the analysis of the external macro environment, the industrial competition environment and the internal resources of the enterprise, the paper clarifies that E Electric Company conforms to the conditions of implementing the differentiation strategy. The company's advantages in many aspects have laid the foundation for the implementation of the differentiation strategy, and then through the comparison with the cost leading strategy and concentration strategy, the paper puts forward that the differentiation strategy is the inevitable choice of E Electric Company. On this basis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of E Electric Company are analyzed comprehensively by using SWOT analysis method. Combined with the strategic analysis of the main competitors, the differential strategic planning scheme in line with this company is clearly defined. Finally, the implementation method and guarantee measures of the differentiation strategy are put forward from the aspects of quality, product and service, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of E Electric Company. The conclusion of this paper is of practical value to the formulation and implementation of E Electric Company's development strategy, and also has certain reference value to other electric power automation enterprises in China.
