中小建筑企业供应链融资影响因素研究

【摘要】：作为阻碍经济增长的重要因素之一，，目前我国中小企业融资困境一直亟待解决。而本文研究的中小建筑企业，作为我国中小企业的一部分，亦同样面临着融资难的现状。分析导致商业银行与中小建筑企业之间信贷关系恶化的主要原因，商业银行受到过大信贷风险造成融资信用机制不完备的影响。基于此，为缓解融资难的现状，可从改变商业银行授信方式为出发点，期望增加商业银行资金使用安全性及对中小建筑企业的信任，从而实现缓解融资困境的目的。针对以上分析，本文试图从商业银行对中小建筑企业授信方式的研究入手，提出引入供应链融资方式，通过对建筑供应链核心企业的责任捆绑和建筑供应链整体运营情况实现中小建筑企业的信用增级基础上，识别其影响因素，从而以加强商业银行资金使用安全性促进中小建筑企业供应链融资的发展，进而为实现中小建筑企业融资困境的缓解提供可借鉴的思路。具体思路如下：首先，综述供应链融资及供应链融资影响因素的相关研究，为中小建筑企业供应链融资的研究奠定基础。对本文研究涉及的概念、理论进行了界定和论述，特别是对中小建筑企业、供应链融资概念进行了详细阐述。其次，在识别中小建筑企业供应链融资影响因素之前，对其必要性和可行性进行了详细分析，并通过与传统融资方式的比较研究，构建了中小建筑企业供应链融资的概念模型。再次，在中小建筑企业供应链融资影响因素实证分析之前，信息沉淀供应链融资影响因素包括融资企业自身、融资企业所处供应链以及融资企业外部环境三大方面影响因素，本文主要研究融资企业所处供应链影响因素。结合中小建筑企业的特点，分析这些影响因素对其供应链融资的影响作用，并提出了研究假设和构建了理论模型。最后，本文采用问卷调查法对中小建筑企业供应链融资影响因素进行实证分析，通过现场和电子邮件发放问卷形式，收集问卷的数据，运用SPSS、LISREL软件分析数据，验证前文研究假设和理论模型，并对研究结果进行讨论。实证分析结果显示，核心企业资质、信息共享、供应链企业合作和供应链关系质量对中小建筑企业供应链融资存在显著正影响。
[Abstract]:As one of the important factors hindering the economic growth, the financing dilemma of SMEs in China has been urgently needed to be solved. As a part of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the small and medium-sized construction enterprises studied in this paper are also faced with the current situation of financing difficulties. The main causes of the deterioration of the credit relationship between commercial banks and small and medium-sized construction enterprises are analyzed. The commercial banks are affected by excessive credit risk and incomplete financing credit mechanism. Based on this, in order to alleviate the current situation of financing difficulties, we can change the credit way of commercial banks as the starting point, expect to increase the security of the use of funds of commercial banks and trust in small and medium-sized construction enterprises, so as to achieve the purpose of alleviating the financing difficulties. In view of the above analysis, this paper attempts to introduce the supply chain financing method from the commercial bank to the small and medium-sized construction enterprise credit way research, On the basis of the responsibility binding of the core enterprises in the construction supply chain and the overall operation of the construction supply chain, the credit enhancement of the small and medium-sized construction enterprises is realized, and the influencing factors are identified. In order to enhance the security of the use of funds of commercial banks to promote the development of supply chain financing of small and medium-sized construction enterprises, and then to provide a reference for alleviating the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized construction enterprises. The specific ideas are as follows: Firstly, the research on supply chain financing and its influencing factors is reviewed, which lays a foundation for the research of supply chain financing in small and medium-sized construction enterprises. This paper defines and discusses the concepts involved in the research, especially the concept of supply chain financing for small and medium-sized construction enterprises. Secondly, before identifying the influencing factors of supply chain financing of small and medium-sized construction enterprises, the necessity and feasibility are analyzed in detail, and the conceptual model of supply chain financing of small and medium-sized construction enterprises is constructed by comparing with the traditional financing methods. Thirdly, before the empirical analysis of supply chain financing factors of small and medium-sized construction enterprises, information precipitation supply chain financing factors include financing enterprises themselves, financing enterprises in the supply chain and the external environment of financing enterprises. This article mainly studies the financing enterprise's supply chain influence factor. Combined with the characteristics of small and medium-sized construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the influence of these factors on the supply chain financing, and puts forward the research hypothesis and the theoretical model. Finally, this paper uses the questionnaire method to analyze the influencing factors of supply chain financing in small and medium-sized construction enterprises, collects the data of the questionnaire through the form of field and email, and analyzes the data by SPSSLISREL software. The hypothesis and theoretical model are verified and the results are discussed. The empirical results show that core enterprise qualification, information sharing, supply chain cooperation and supply chain relationship quality have significant positive effects on supply chain financing of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.
