微利时代下FD公司新产品开发系统流程管理与重建研究

【摘要】:自从进入21世纪之后,降低产品开发周期、高效地满足客户客制化的需求,成为了全球范围的企业都要面临的压力,这样的情况下,企业通常要面对两难选择的困惑:一方面,要不断地创新产品,来满足高品质的功能需求;另一方面,又要重视顾客的客制化、差异化需求。因此,如何针对不同层次的客户,在二者之间找到一个平衡点,成为了本世纪企业必须要应对的新挑战[16]。不断地开拓新产品是一个企业能够持续保持动力及前进的根本源泉。现在大多数IT类相关企业都很重视新产品研发工作。然而,受限于管理水平不高的原因,尽管有一些企业通过了ISO认证,仍然没有办法建立一套有帮助的、有用的新产品开发流程。当然,在这种情况下,由于缺乏一套有效的产品评估办法,新产品开发的成本就不会合理。一个健全完善的既兼顾成本控制,又维持质量保证的产品开发系统,可使得企业在这样一个适者生存、优胜劣汰的微利时代,做到在竞争中超越对手。它可以帮助企业保持领先优势,实现可持续长久发展,甚至做到同行业中的领军者。FD公司是一家国际性的大型电子加工企业,其客户均是全球知名的电子产品公司,他们均认为产品开发周期中的成本控制及质量保证都非常重要。本论文论述CPU连接器从开发开始、到模治具试产、再到最后量产制造移转的这个过程的产品开发流程。同时,根据现况的问题进行分析,最后提出改善建议及对策。在此基础上,建立了一套完整的开发系统流程模型。这套系统模型流程适合但不局限于电子连接器相关公司,这套系统流程具有易实施、效率高的特征。采用这套系统流程会使得新产品在开发过程中的各个阶段得到紧密连接,快速发现及解决问题。既能有效控制开发过程中的失效风险,又能保证开发时效速度。这套系统流程的推广使得新产品开发不再是难于控制、无法预估的事件,而是可以通过流程及表单的管理,让其成为一个系统化、制式化的标准化模型方法。本文关于这套系统流程的设计与开发方法对相关行业新产品的开发管理有很好的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, reducing the product development cycle and meeting the demand of customer-made products efficiently have become the pressure that enterprises all over the world have to face. In this case, enterprises usually have to face the dilemma: on the one hand, On the other hand, we should pay more attention to customer customization and differentiation. Therefore, how to find a balance between different levels of customers has become a new challenge to enterprises in this century [16]. Continuous development of new products is an enterprise can continue to maintain momentum and the fundamental source of progress. At present, most IT related enterprises attach great importance to the research and development of new products. However, limited by the low level of management, although some enterprises have passed the ISO certification, there is still no way to establish a helpful, useful new product development process. In this case, of course, the cost of new product development would not be reasonable due to the lack of an effective product evaluation approach. A sound and perfect product development system which takes cost control and quality assurance into account can enable enterprises to surpass their competitors in such an era of survival of the fittest, survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest. It can help enterprises to maintain a leading edge, achieve sustainable and long-term development, and even achieve the same industry leader. FD is an international large electronic processing enterprise, its customers are global well-known electronics companies, They agree that cost control and quality assurance in the product development cycle are important. This paper discusses the product development process of CPU connector from the beginning of development to the trial production of die fixture and then to the final mass production. At the same time, according to the current situation of the analysis, and finally put forward suggestions and countermeasures. On this basis, a set of complete development system flow model is established. This system model process is suitable for, but not limited to, electronic connector related companies. The system process is easy to implement and efficient. The adoption of this system process will enable the new product to be closely connected in all stages of the development process and quickly discover and solve problems. It can not only effectively control the failure risk in the development process, but also guarantee the speed of development aging. With the popularization of the system process, the new product development is no longer a difficult and unpredictable event, but a systematic and standardized model method through the management of the process and the form. The design and development method of the system flow can be used for reference for the development and management of new products in related industries.
