北疆火力发电厂循环经济系统研究

【摘要】:“过程末端治理”依然是我国大部分地区在现阶段使用的传统发展模式,还有一部分地区处于粗放型到集约型的过渡阶段,,而这都还与资源节约性经济和可持续发展的要求有很大差距。 本文以天津市的一个有关循环经济的试点项目--北疆火力发电厂为对象,研究了其循环经济发展的模式,创新之处就在于运用了“发电-海水淡化-浓海水制盐-土地节约整理-废弃物资源化再利用的循环经济发展模式”,这在能源循环领域是有创新性的,其中发电项目作为龙头工程,子项目则包含海水淡化、浓海水制盐、土地节约整理和废弃物资源化再利用。这种模式转变了曾经各个子项目各自为政,经济效益低的局面,将各个项目整合联动起来。本文通过对北疆火力发电厂循环经济项目模式各个子项目的全面分析,找出“北疆模式”的示范意义,从循环经济产业链的角度对北疆火力发电厂进行了物质流分析,也从经济、社会、生态环境保护等角度对北疆火力发电厂循环经济模式进行了效益分析。 本文对北疆电厂基于海水淡化的水电盐联产模式进行了研究,对“北疆模式”中的循环经济产业链和产生的经济效益、社会效益和生态环保效益进行了分析,说明了在极度缺水、且人口总数和GDP总量占据相当大比重的北方沿海地区引进采用此种模式的迫切性,对其他火电企业明确下一步的发展方向也有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:"process end governance" is still the traditional development model used in most areas of our country at the present stage, and some areas are in the transition stage from extensive to intensive. And this also has a big gap with the requirements of resource-saving economy and sustainable development. In this paper, a pilot project of circular economy in Tianjin, Beijiang Thermal Power Plant, is taken as an object to study the development model of circular economy. The innovation lies in the application of the "cycle economy development model of power generation, seawater desalination, salt making by concentrated seawater, land conservation and consolidation-recycling of waste", which is innovative in the field of energy recycling. Among them, the power generation project is the leading project, the sub-project includes desalination, salt making with concentrated seawater, land saving and consolidation, and reuse of waste. This mode has changed the situation that each subproject has its own affairs and low economic benefit, and the integration of each project is linked up. Based on the comprehensive analysis of each sub-project of the circulation economy project model of the northern Xinjiang thermal power plant, this paper finds out the demonstration significance of the "Northern Xinjiang model", and analyzes the material flow of the northern Xinjiang thermal power plant from the perspective of the circular economy industry chain. The economic, social and ecological environmental protection of the circular economy model of thermal power plant in Northern Xinjiang is also analyzed in terms of economic, social and ecological environmental protection. In this paper, the hydroelectricity and salt cogeneration model based on seawater desalination in Beijiang Power Plant is studied, and the circular economy industry chain, economic benefit, social benefit and ecological environmental protection benefit in "Northern Xinjiang Model" are analyzed. It shows that it is urgent to introduce this model in the northern coastal areas where the water shortage is extreme and the total population and total GDP account for a large proportion. It is also of great significance for other thermal power enterprises to make clear the development direction of the next step.
