日用化学品企业新产品开发过程的质量管理研究

【摘要】:质量管理对企业的生存和发展意义重大,而“质量是设计出来的”的观念早已深入人心。因此研发领域,特别是新产品开发的质量管理是关系到企业的核心竞争力。身处于竞争激烈的快消品行业,日用化学品企业由于其自身的特点更容易忽视产品设计开发的质量管理,新产品开发或者新技术的应用开发带有一定的随机性盲目性,给将来的新产品制造或使用带来质量隐患。同时,在行业内,企业科技创新的普遍存在的现状主要是以结果为导向,过分强调结果而忽视过程,导致了项目人员在新产品开发过程中质量管理和控制的意识的缺乏,使得最终产品的质量往往靠最后的检验或实验验证来把关,对于项目或者产品来说都非常不可控。由此造成新产品质量不稳定,质量事故经常发生。因此,有必要对该行业的企业的新产品开发过程的质量管理进行研究,提升企业的竞争力。 本文以企业的新产品开发流程管理体系作为主要研究对象,讨论了日用化学品企业L公司的情况。在研究L公司新产品开发过程的基础上,根据L公司目前的新产品开发过程的现状,从“人、机、料、法、环、测”几大方面,对可能影响新产品开发质量的因素进行了摸查与分析,从而为L公司诊断,需要进行整体质量管理系统导入,并建设研发信息管理系统;辅以对研发的组织结构进行一定的调整完善、改善沟通方式,打通沟通障碍;通过改善组织与激励、提升相关人员的质量意识与梳理企业质量文化。系统性改善L公司的新产品质量管理。 本文根据上述改进措施,包括完善研发组织架构,,完善管理制度与增强质量文化;通过引入整体质量管理体系新产品体系对新产品开发流程进行科学的改造;通过建设研发信息管理系统使L公司新产品开发流程信息化与自动化,研究几项改进措施的效果,以及效果的评价方法。总体而言,这些改进措施都有其自身的成效,有些是可量化的,有些是显而易见的却较难量化评价。 最终探讨表明,L公司建立了一套自洽的、较为完善的新产品开发的质量管理体系,极大的降低了新产品质量问题的隐患。
[Abstract]:Quality management is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises, and the concept of "quality is designed" has been deeply rooted in people's hearts. Therefore, R & D field, especially the quality management of new product development is related to the core competitiveness of enterprises. Being in the competitive industry of fast product elimination, daily chemical enterprises are more likely to ignore the quality management of product design and development because of their own characteristics. The development of new products or the application of new technologies has a certain randomness of blindness. To the future new product manufacture or use brings the quality hidden danger. At the same time, in the industry, the prevailing status of enterprise science and technology innovation is mainly based on the results, too much emphasis on the results and neglect of the process, resulting in the lack of awareness of quality management and control in the process of new product development. The quality of the final product is often checked by the final inspection or experimental verification, which is very uncontrollable for the project or the product. As a result, the quality of new products is unstable, quality accidents often occur. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality management of the new product development process in this industry to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. Taking the new product development process management system as the main research object, this paper discusses the situation of L Company, a daily chemical enterprise. On the basis of studying the new product development process of L Company, according to the current situation of L Company's new product development process, from the aspects of "people, machine, material, law, ring, measurement", The factors that may affect the quality of new product development are investigated and analyzed, so as to diagnose L Company, it is necessary to import the whole quality management system and build the R & D information management system. In addition, the organization structure of R & D should be adjusted and perfected to improve the communication mode and break through the communication barriers. Through improving the organization and motivation, the quality awareness of the relevant personnel and the quality culture of the enterprise can be improved. Systematic improvement of L Company's new product quality management. According to the above improvement measures, this paper includes perfecting the organizational structure of R & D, perfecting the management system and strengthening the quality culture, reforming the new product development process scientifically by introducing the whole quality management system and new product system. Through the construction of R & D information management system to make L Company's new product development process information and automation, this paper studies the effect of several improvement measures and the evaluation method of the effect. In general, these improvements have their own effects, some are quantifiable, others are obvious but difficult to quantify. The final discussion shows that the company has established a set of self-consistent, relatively perfect quality management system for new product development, which greatly reduces the hidden trouble of the new product quality problem.
