农业部出台农药、化肥零增长行动方案

【摘要】：正1月28日下午,农业部部长韩长赋主持召开部常务会议,审议并原则通过《农作物病虫害防治条例》、《化肥使用量零增长行动方案》和《农药使用量零增长行动方案》。会议强调,要按照转变农业发展方式、治理农业面源污染、实现农业节本、增效的指导思想,知难而进,久久为功,引导农民科学合理施肥、用药,提高化肥、农药利用率,逐步实现化肥、农药使用量零增长。在化肥方面,要大力推广测土配方施肥、机械化施肥、有机肥施用等,大力支持新型经营主体
[Abstract]:On the afternoon of January 28, Minister of Agriculture Han Changfu presided over a general meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture to deliberate and adopt in principle the "regulations on the Control of crop Diseases and pests," the "Action Plan for Zero growth in the use of Fertilizer" and the "Action Plan for Zero growth in the use of pesticides." The meeting stressed that it is necessary to change the mode of agricultural development, control agricultural non-point source pollution, realize the guiding ideology of saving agricultural costs, increase efficiency in agriculture, advance in spite of difficulties, make contributions for a long time, guide farmers to apply fertilizer scientifically and rationally, use drugs, and improve the utilization ratio of fertilizers and pesticides. Gradually realize fertilizer, pesticide use zero growth. In the field of chemical fertilizer, we should make great efforts to popularize the formula fertilization for soil testing, mechanized fertilization, organic fertilizer application, etc., and vigorously support the new type of management.
