西安市ZY医院医用卫生耗材库存优化研究

【摘要】：西安市ZY医院是一所临床科室齐全、医学人才汇集、医教研为一体的三级甲等医院、国家示范医院、省市医保定点医院。随着医疗科学技术的不断发展,医疗保险的全面覆盖,医院就诊患者不断增加,住院病人不断攀升,与此同时,诊断治疗中使用的医用卫生耗材采购量也在不断增加。根据耗材使用情况和价值,将其分为低值医用卫生耗材和高值医用卫生耗材两类。由于缺乏好的库存管理方法,经常出现存货过多或者缺货的现象,造成经济损失并严重影响医疗工作的正常开展。因此,建立医用卫生耗材库存优化模型,求解并给出具体的库存方案,从而提高医院效益成为重要的问题。论文的主要成果如下。针对西安市ZY医院低值医用卫生耗材和高值医用卫生耗材的库存现状进行分析,总结目前医院医用卫生耗材库存管理存在的问题。给出低值医用卫生耗材的分类,并就每一类选取具有代表性的医用卫生耗材,通过盘点表数据绘制库存状态变化曲线进行具体分析,结果表明,低值医用卫生耗材存在没有设置安全库存量、采购周期不固定、购买量不合理的问题。给出高值医用卫生耗材的分类,并就每一类选取具有代表性的医用卫生耗材,通过盘点表数据绘制库存状态变化曲线进行具体分析,结果表明,高值医用卫生耗材存在没有设置安全库存量、采购次数过多的问题。结合低值医用卫生耗材和高值医用卫生耗材库存管理存在的问题,分别建立库存优化模型,求解并给出具体的库存方案。对于低值医用卫生耗材,建立带安全库存量的库存模型,求解并给出具体的库存方案。结果表明,进行库存优化后可以有效解决低值医用卫生耗材库存存在的问题,并且减少了医院订购、存货等库存管理费用,为医院节约了资金。对于高值医用卫生耗材,建立需求随机的库存模型,求解并给出具体的库存方案。结果表明,进行库存优化后可以有效解决高值医用卫生耗材存在的问题,并且降低医院的订购、存货和缺货损失,提高了医院的效益。
[Abstract]:Xi'an ZY Hospital is a complete clinical department, medical talent collection, medical teaching and research as one of Grade 3A Hospital, National Model Hospital, provincial and municipal medical insurance designated hospital. With the development of medical science and technology and the comprehensive coverage of medical insurance, the number of hospital patients is increasing, and the number of in-patients is rising. At the same time, the quantity of medical consumables used in diagnosis and treatment is also increasing. According to the usage and value of consumables, it can be divided into two categories: low value medical sanitary consumables and high value medical sanitary consumables. Due to the lack of good inventory management methods, the phenomenon of overstock or shortage often occurs, which results in economic losses and seriously affects the normal development of medical work. Therefore, it is an important problem to establish an optimization model of medical sanitary consumables inventory, to solve and give a concrete inventory plan, so as to improve the hospital efficiency. The main achievements of the paper are as follows. Based on the analysis of the inventory status of low value medical consumables and high value medical consumables in ZY Hospital of Xi'an, the problems existing in the inventory management of medical sanitary consumables in hospitals are summarized. The classification of low value medical sanitary consumables is given, and the inventory state change curve of each class of medical sanitary consumables is drawn through inventory table data. The results show that, There are some problems in low value medical consumables, such as no safety inventory, uncertain purchasing period and unreasonable purchase. The classification of high value medical sanitary consumables is given, and the concrete analysis of the inventory state change curve of each class of representative medical sanitary consumables is carried out through the inventory table data. The results show that, High-value medical sanitary consumables have the problem of not setting up safety inventory and purchasing too many times. Combined with the problems existing in the inventory management of low value medical consumables and high value medical sanitary consumables, the inventory optimization model was established, and the concrete inventory scheme was given. For low value medical sanitary consumables, the inventory model with safety inventory is established, and the concrete inventory scheme is given. The results show that the inventory optimization can effectively solve the problems existing in the low value medical medical consumables inventory, and reduce the hospital order, inventory and other inventory management costs, and save money for the hospital. For high value medical sanitary consumables, the inventory model with random demand is established, and the concrete inventory scheme is given. The results show that the optimization of inventory can effectively solve the problems of high value medical sanitary consumables, and reduce the loss of hospital order, inventory and shortage, and improve the efficiency of the hospital.
