LTC公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:产业链是否完整是影响沈阳装备制造业企业发展的一个重要因素。位于沈阳经济技术开发区内的沈鼓集团虽然发展迅速,实力雄厚,但是其生产装配鼓风机的过程中,关键配套设备工业驱动汽轮机是由外部引进的,这使企业的议价能力较差,生产成本也相对较高。在这样的背景下,沈鼓集团投入资金,建立了自己的汽轮机生产企业,LTC公司,用于生产工业驱动汽轮机。LTC公司作为沈鼓集团旗下的子公司,专门致力于生产、组装、研发和销售工业驱动汽轮机及其配套设备。在汽轮机行业竞争日趋激烈的情况下,刚刚成立不久的LTC公司,必须要根据自身的实际情况,根据行业的发展规律来制定符合企业自身发展条件的战略,从而在行业中求得生存和发展。本文首先对企业战略管理的相关理论进行研究,包括企业战略管理的概念、研究方法和研究步骤等,将理论研究的结论应用于企业实际的研究。通过外部环境分析包括宏观环境分析、行业环境分析,内部环境分析等,运用PEST分析模型、波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析模型等分析方法,深入研究LTC公司在中国机械制造领域的优势劣势、机遇威胁。其次,根据LTC公司的企业使命和内外部环境的分析结果,制定公司未来的发展战略目标,并对企业的战略进行选择和制定。最后,根据LTC公司的发展战略总体目标和所制定的战略规划,对战略进行分解,根据战略任务制定相应的实施对策,确保在本行业内的竞争优势,使企业持续快速发展。
[Abstract]:Whether the industrial chain is complete or not is an important factor affecting the development of Shenyang equipment manufacturing enterprises. Although Shengu Group, which is located in Shenyang Economic and technological Development Zone, has developed rapidly and has strong strength, during the process of producing and assembling blower, the key supporting equipment, industrial driven steam turbine, is imported from outside, which makes the bargaining power of the enterprise worse. Production costs are also relatively high. Against this background, Shengu Group invested in the establishment of its own steam turbine manufacturing company, LTC, which is used as a subsidiary of Shengu Group as a subsidiary of the Shenyang Drum Group to produce and assemble steam turbines. Develop and sell industrial driven steam turbines and their supporting equipment. With the increasingly fierce competition in the steam turbine industry, LTC Company, which has just been established, must formulate a strategy that conforms to the conditions of the enterprise's own development according to its own actual situation and the law of the development of the industry. In order to survive and develop in the industry. Firstly, this paper studies the related theories of enterprise strategic management, including the concept, research methods and steps of enterprise strategic management, and applies the conclusions of the theoretical research to the actual research of enterprises. Through the external environment analysis including macro environment analysis, industry environment analysis, internal environment analysis, etc., using PEST analysis model, Porter five forces analysis model and SWOT analysis model, etc. Further study LTC's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the field of Chinese machinery manufacturing. Secondly, according to the analysis results of LTC company's enterprise mission and internal and external environment, the company's future development strategy goal is formulated, and the enterprise's strategy is selected and formulated. Finally, according to the overall goal of the development strategy and the strategic plan of LTC Company, the strategy is decomposed, and the corresponding implementation countermeasures are worked out according to the strategic task, so as to ensure the competitive advantage in the industry and make the enterprise develop continuously and rapidly.
