某企业SAP HR系统实施研究

【摘要】:企业实施人力资源信息系统是为了降低在实际业务操作中人为的干扰因素和不必要的重复工作。通过人力资源信息系统的搭建,人力资源管理者可以从平时的常规性工作中解放出来,而去致力于整合企业内外人力资源管理的各种资源,以实现人力资源管理角色的转变。另一方面,HR信息系统具备快速、准确、全面的提供有关企业人力资源管理数据的功能,这就能够为企业的战略决策提供重要的参考信息。SAP HR是一套功能强大的人力资源管理工具。企业能否成功实施SAP HR与项目实施的方法是有很大联系的。 本文以国内一家知名服装企业的SAP HR信息化系统整体实施过程为研究对象,采用SAP ASAP的最佳实施方法论,详细阐述了在项目实施过程中所采用的实施方法、业务变革及每个项目阶段性的交付物,同时介绍了项目实施过程中引起的业务流程的改变及项目实施阶段中可能出现的风险管理等。企业实施SAP HR项目是一个非常复杂的系统工程,在信息化建设的过程中将经历很多变化和必要的管理变革,要组织很多人力参加工作。本文根据研究对象公司的实际情况,结合SAP ASAP实施方法论重点介绍了在企业实施HR信息化建设中需要重点关注的地方及业务上可能的提升点。在业务蓝图阶段描述了公司的管理现状及SAP HR标准的系统逻辑,以及如何通过最佳实践,使SAP系统所包含的管理思想结合中国服装行业的特点得到很好的应用。文中根据该服装企业的信息化建设步骤,研究了该企业的组织管理、人事管理、考勤管理、薪酬管理等。通过对项目实施各阶段的研究,,SAP HR不但可以很好的满足国内服装企业对人力资源管理,还可以对企业的HR管理带来一定的提升。
[Abstract]:The purpose of implementing human resource information system in enterprises is to reduce human interference factors and unnecessary duplication of work in actual business operations. Through the construction of human resource information system, human resource managers can free themselves from the usual work, and devote themselves to integrating all kinds of resources of human resources management inside and outside the enterprise, so as to realize the transformation of human resource management role. On the other hand, HR information system has the function of providing enterprise human resource management data quickly, accurately and comprehensively. This can provide important reference information for enterprise strategic decision. SAP HR is a powerful human resource management tool. Whether an enterprise can successfully implement SAP HR is closely related to the method of project implementation. This paper takes the whole implementation process of SAP HR information system of a well-known clothing enterprise in China as the research object, adopts the best implementation methodology of SAP ASAP, and expounds in detail the implementation methods used in the implementation process of the project. At the same time, it introduces the change of business process caused by the implementation of the project and the risk management that may appear in the implementation phase of the project. The implementation of SAP HR project in enterprises is a very complex system engineering. It will undergo many changes and necessary management changes in the process of information construction, and a lot of manpower should be organized to participate in the work. In this paper, according to the actual situation of the research object company, combined with the SAP ASAP implementation methodology, this paper mainly introduces the possible points of improvement in the implementation of HR information construction in enterprises. In the stage of business blueprint, this paper describes the current management situation of the company and the system logic of SAP HR standard, and how to make the management ideas contained in the SAP system combined with the characteristics of the Chinese garment industry can be well applied through the best practice. According to the information construction steps of the garment enterprise, this paper studies the organization management, personnel management, attendance management, salary management and so on. SAP HR can not only satisfy the human resource management of domestic garment enterprises, but also improve HR management of enterprises.
