共青城羽绒服装产业转型升级对策研究

【摘要】：上个世纪70年代,共青城人依托家禽业资源优势开始了羽绒服装生产。依靠坚忍不拔的优秀品质和政府政策支持，共青城羽绒服装产业逐渐发展壮大，在国内的影响力不断扩大，成为共青城的支柱型产业。通过对产业经济学和产业升级相关文献的研究，，笔者发现学术界对产业升级没有形成统一的定义。学术界的观点主要集中在两个方面，一方面是指三次产业结构的变化。另一方面是指某个产业部门内部由低级向高级、由低劳动生产率向高劳动生产率、由低附加值向高附加值、由劳动密集型向资本、技术密集型的发展变化过程。本文结合服装产业链理论,对产业升级进行了重新定义:产业升级是通过优化产业内部结构，关联产业协调发展而使得产业素质和效率提高的一个过程。根据产业升级的定义,共青城羽绒服装产业升级应该包括共青城羽绒服装业的产业内部结构优化和服装产业链提升两个层面。目前,共青城羽绒服装产业内部结构呈现产品层次低，研发创新能力弱等问题,而共青城羽绒服装业又处于服装产业链的低端,因此共青城羽绒服装业产业升级势在必行。通过对共青城羽绒服装产业现状分析,独特的政治优势、优越的区位条件、良好的品牌基础使为共青城羽绒服装业的产业升级具有可行性，容易达到目标。本文通过产业升级和服装产业链研究,结合共青城羽绒服装产业发展现状,分别从设计研发、品牌建设和市场营销三个方面提出了相应建议,实现共青城羽绒服装产业由低附加值向高附加值转变,成功实现产业升级。
[Abstract]:Last century 70 s, the Communist Qingcheng people rely on the poultry industry resources superiority began the down clothing production. Relying on the indomitable excellent quality and the support of government policy, the down clothing industry of Communist Qingcheng has gradually developed and expanded, and has become the pillar industry of Communist Qingcheng. Through the study of the literature on industrial economics and industrial upgrading, the author finds that there is no uniform definition of industrial upgrading in academic circles. Academic views mainly focus on two aspects, on the one hand, refers to the three industrial structure changes. On the other hand, it refers to the development and change process from low to high, from low labor productivity to high labor productivity, from low added value to high added value, from labor intensive to capital and technology intensive. Based on the theory of garment industry chain, this paper redefines industrial upgrading: industrial upgrading is a process to improve the quality and efficiency of industry by optimizing the internal structure of the industry and coordinating the development of related industries. According to the definition of industrial upgrading, the upgrading of down clothing industry in Communist Qingcheng should include two levels: the optimization of industrial structure and the upgrading of garment industry chain. At present, the internal structure of down garment industry in Communist Qingcheng presents problems such as low product level and weak ability of R & D innovation. However, the down clothing industry of Communist Qingcheng is at the low end of the clothing industry chain, so it is imperative to upgrade the down and down clothing industry in Communist Qingcheng. Through the analysis of the present situation of down clothing industry in Communist Qingcheng, the unique political advantages, superior location conditions and good brand foundation make it feasible and easy to achieve the goal of upgrading the down and down clothing industry of Communist Qingcheng. In this paper, through the research of industrial upgrading and clothing industry chain, combined with the present situation of down clothing industry development in Communist Qingcheng City, the corresponding suggestions are put forward from three aspects of design and development, brand construction and marketing, respectively. To realize the transformation from low added value to high added value of down garment industry in Communist Qingcheng, and to realize industrial upgrading successfully.
